Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Lubbock

The room was nice & had good space. They had a little kitchen area which was nice & a table. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was one of the best hot tubs we have been in. The water was hot. :) The pool temperature was warm! The hot tub has a water fall that leads to pool. The whole hotel smelled good & the breakfast was so good. The gravy was on point for the biscuits & gravy. Texas waffles were so good too.

Minor wall repair that was not done correctly in the bathroom. Also there was a few yellow stains on the comforter. The room was clean & the towels.

we stay at this Hotel every time we come to Lubbock. always a great experience! staff is fantastic and accommodating. the pool/Hot tub is great. and breakfast is good.

parking it’s hard to find a parking spot when the hotel is fully book like it was this weekend. it was also very packed the pool/hot tub was crowded with several bday parties and youth sports groups. that it wasn’t as enjoyable for us because they kept jumping off the side of the hot tub into the pool.

luck of parking lot. I needed to circle around 3 times and finally stand right at the entrance porch to ask the front desk where to park. they have convenient neighbor business parking, but no signs. you need to ask to know. the registration system was going on and off, so took a long time to register. the trash containers are close to the windows, so I was waken up around 3 am by loud sounds.

Great for dogs Suite was surprisingly large Very clean Quiet Had breakfast things A good deal overall especially if you have multiple people and needed the living area for work or separate activities

The bedroom of my suite didn't have a window? The living room area did I guess The AC unit was in the living area, not bedroom and worked great. But in the bedroom directly above the bed was a ceiling vent that wasn't controlled by me so I'm assuming it was whatever hallway setting. Which was quite cold. And the bed had a thin comforter There were 7 widly different lighting fixtures. All with cool tone bulbs and no central switches The decor is... a choice

The front desk service was exceptionally helpful, upon arriving and departing I came by myself left early morning the night service walked me to my vehicle I thought that was great.

The ice machine didn’t work on my floor couldn’t get ice. The furniture needs to be updated in the room the couch was horrible. The inside of the toilet bowl wasn’t cleaned under the lip of the toilet. The room just needed a better up keeping

I liked that the rooms had alot of space, rooms are big. Beds were comfortable the hotel room was very quiet were we were able to sleep in peacefully. The breakfast was good coffee was great.

What I didn't like was that some of the towels had yellow stains. So we had to share some towels and plus good thing I brought one from home. The other issue was that when we walked in it smelled like cigarettes but I always carry my lysol spray when we go out on trips. So I take care of that issue.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hot breakfast was good. The location was excellent for us as we visited a sister in the Carillon Facility.

We would like to have had towels without asking. We would like to have had our bed changed as we were there for six days.

We checked in easily. We were greeted by friendly staff. Everything was easy to find. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was was great too!

There wasn't anything we didn't like, the breakfast ran out fast, but the staff did an amazing job replenishing as soon as they could, also I understand that when it gets close to the time where breakfast is finished there are a lot of people that turn up.

Very nice and well maintained. Indoor pool and hot tub great! Breakfast had several great options in addition to being warm and clean serving area. Rooms are large and beds are comfy.

Parking. If you want a more family friendly place for your little ones during your weekend stay this might not be your best option. Wasn’t crazy or anything, bar is right next to pool.

The welcoming staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when our magnetic keys did not work and we needed to have them rekeyed.

We would have appreciated a little more in the housekeeping department, such as making up the beds, putting up clean towels, changing the sheets (we stayed six days).
