The guys working the front desk were very friendly and helpful! The bed was really comfortable! The breakfast was delicious! Showers had great pressure and hot water.

In the places that mattered most (such as the toilet, shower, bed linens), things were really clean but other areas needed some improvement. Definitely needed a good vacuuming. The shower head needed replaced, it didn't change our ability to have great water pressure, it just looked bad. However, for the price, these things were better than expected.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Even though booking.com didn't hold up their end of the deal and failed to post payment for my reservation the staff allowed me to keep my reservation and stay the night I had reserved and said they would deal with booking.com and force payment from them. Crisis averted.

There was nothing I noticed on my one night stay that I feel could have been better.

the only complaint would be the breakfast. eggs didn’t taste real and couldn’t be doctored. not a very big selection of foods, overall didn’t eat breakfast much.

Couch full of dog hair even though there’s a no pet policy. Room had a weird smell and shower plug wouldn’t stay up so it wouldn’t drain correctly and get full of water while showering

Good value for the money, and very convenient to where we needed to go during the day. We've stayed at this facility several times, and always when I go to visit family in Lubbock

It was during Thanksgiving and the staff seemed a little scarce.

Comfortable bed, clean bedroom and bathroom, great breakfast, and very friendly staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area. Nice to have coffee and cookies available all the time.

The breakfast was very limited. I asked if there wAs any fruit but I was brushed off.

I brought my verified Service Dog. When I came in I was greeted with: no dogs allowed. I was asked to show verification. I didn’t have any paperwork with me. He kept saying I’ll be charged $25 more. I mentioned the ADA would not like the way he was badgering me. Needless to say I wasn’t greeted in a kind way at all. Then as I was going out in the morning I was stopped by a different front desk worker. What did she say? Not good morning! She asked if I was staying there. I said yes and she said no dogs allowed!!!! Good grief!!!! I have never been treated so poorly. It’s not like they were paying. I paid. Not a thank you... just very nasty people. The building and rooms were nice... too bad o had a poor, disgruntled experience with the staff! Coming in and then again leaving.
