clean and looks pretty new. lobby area very nice

bathroom could have been a little cleaner… in particular the shower. also the lady who checked us in was rude. I asked for the water that I always get as a Hilton Honors member and she told me that was only for gold and diamond members - which I knew was not true- it’s also for silver, which I am. she got the water but was really snarky about it and acted like she was doing me a favor. she was pretty unfriendly and unhelpful all around. the gentleman at the front desk when we checked out was a totally different story though…very nice and helpful when we asked about the price being different than the booking.com quoted rate - he took the time to explain.

The breakfast was nice a little pricey after paying for the room. Felt like a complimentary breakfast should be included with the room. The waitress was also a little overwhelmed and had a hard time attending to us the first day but the second morning she did much better.

The pool could have been a little warmer. But was still nice to get a little relaxation in after a long day of classes.

The location was nice and quiet. upon entry, you can tell from the staff friendliness and the location cleanliness, you will enjoy your stay. The hotel was amazing for the value. Comfy bed, nice, clean shower and bed. The staff was very helpful, even lit the fire pit for us one night. The most amazing part was my nephew told them his birthday was on Halloween and we were headed to his party, and when we came back later that night, they had a gift bag of goodies for him. They went above and beyond for everything! Would definitely stay again.

We didn't stay long enough for breakfast, but the employee who was working the evening (10:30PM) of Saturday, November 20, was absolutely fabulous. I cannot remember her name, but she was a doll and so friendly! I am a photographer who traveled from Alamogordo for a wedding, and I've always noted in the past, working with clients from Lubbock, how friendly, warm and inviting they are. Now I see first-hand, that's just how ya'll roll!

Pillows were too soft, lol. I should have just brought my own. Lesson learned. Also, the sound of the toilet flushing is equivalent to that of an in-flight experience. So loud. Don't flush if you get up in the middle of the night!

Hotel is pretty new, the rooms are comfortably large and the bed is extremely comfortable. I did not notice any noise during our stay despite being close to the pool area on the ground floor. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful for visitors not familiar with Lubbock.

The breakfast buffet is an extra cost, complimentary only to some qualified Hilton frequent users. Our experience was that it was not as good as some 'free' breakfasts at much lower quality motels. The 'hot' food was barely warm, there was no milk for the oatmeal and the muffins were stale. Definitely not worth the $7.95 each price. I wished we had gone to Whataburger instead.

All the bells and whistles. Clean. Friendly and capable staff.

We purchased the breakfast package. 8 am Sunday AM. Sausage was cold. French toast and hash browns were too. Brought it to their attention. Fuel was out. New sterno warmers were located and replaced. Food had not been heated. So a cold hot breakfast. Life goes on!

Overall quality of experience very good with comfortable room/beds, very good breakfast for limited full-service. Amongst top choices in Lubbock though somewhat difficult to access via Google Maps. Overall value excellent.

Breakfast cut-off time for service too early. Coffee needs improving.

I didn't get to enjoy the breakfast because I left for an early flight. There was also a mop leaning up against the elevator as I left and it slammed into the elevator while I was trying to exit, almost hitting me. Mopping could have been done at 3 a.m. to avoid visitors walking on wet floors and a mop should never be propped against a working elevator. Prop it against a wall.

We will never stay at another hotel.. trust me we’ve tried. I definitely recommend paying the extra for breakfast when you book so you don’t have to pay when you stay.. saves a little money and the breakfast is great! Clean, good location, friendly staff, never been disappointed!

The location was a good location for our needs. Overall, the staff, facilities, and hotel experience were pleasant. I really like you informing the hotel guests that cleaning the rooms are on request. You also provided additional hot water for tea and coffee in the hotel lobby. That was a nice touch. Thank you!
