location was perfect. Breakfast disappointed that complimentary breakfast was no longer offered.the breakfast should offer more options & more reasonable prices.

Love that there was a gym and pool. Yet the pool was too dirty to use.

The coffee in the room and on second floor was horrible!! The availability of Flavored creamer would be nice along with better coffee. The pool was open but filthy. Would be nice at check in for the staff to let you know about the gym and pool as well as the business center. Pointing guest in the direction of more relaxation and let you know the hours. This is so much better than wandering the building!!

I liked the lobby was on the second floor and that you can take the elevator to your floor without needing to enter the lobby. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean.

The king room was small and there was no housekeeping due to the pandemic which left us attempting to make sure wet towels didn’t get moldy and keeping up the room ourselves which is fine but not what we paid for. Anytime we needed extra towels we had to go down to the lobby and get them which was a bit inconvenient and things like trash pick up and extra cups for coffee/drinks were not available to us.

the first room has stained sheets and a horrible smell. the second room had a faint smell. i informed the receptionist not to rent it the first room because of it

The hotel is located in a shopping area which was nice. Ample free parking as well.

The room was comfortable but the cleaning staff aren't doing a thorough cleaning. I dropped my earrings on the floor by the bed and as I was looking for it there was trash and candy left by previous guest. The towels weren't clean either. One of the two elevators was out of service which created long wait times.

The hotel staff was very helpful, friendly and polite. We had to check out one night earlier and they were able to accommodate that with no extra fees.

The bathroom floor in our room was sticky. It looks like it was vacuumed but not washed. The mini fridge was empty, I wish there were a couple of complimentary bottles of water.

it is right next to shopping and easy to get to.

We paid for breakfast, but you have to ask if your name is on the list. i would have liked that instruction when we checked in so my family would bot have assumed that we had to pay for breakfast again.

Loved everything about our stay. It's convenient and close to everything. I highly recommend this hotel. Especially when you want things to do everything is near and easy to access.

Loved everything, didn't rest well because m toddler couldn't keep his feet off my back . Other than that everything was perfect can't wait to come back again.

It was perfect! My first stay with booking.com and at the Courtyard Marriott; it was amazing! The location, amenities, staff and the actual room were just immaculate. We only stayed two nights but wished it would have been a whole week! ❤

The staff was exceptionally polite, & GM Kirk was very accomidating. I will return for future visits 100%. We enjoyed the jacuzzi & pool.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😁
