Comfort Suites near Texas Medical Center - NRG Stadium

It was very clean and comfortable with daily housekeeping . Good breakfast and 24/7 availability of tea/coffee both at the lobby and in the room. Grocery, restaurant and other required shops are available close to the hotel in 5 minutes walk. Staffs were very welcoming and supportive specially Ramya at the reception was incredibly efficient and courteous providing all required information and fast check in. overall it’s a good value for money. Certainly I would love to stay here again.

Hotel could keep a staff at the entrance to assist in carrying luggage during checking in and out.

The room and hotel were clean. The staff is professional. The staff was friendly. I loved the breakfast. There was variety. Remember, this is not the Hyatt, yet EVERYTHING was fresh, area was clean and staff was friendly. She made my morning! I will definitely stay again.

I didn't like that I am a rewards member and he said that I had to pay extra for late check out. It is usually a perk for being a member. I was going to try to take a nap before I left for an extra hour or so. It was Christmas Day. I hot there late the night before and wanted to run to early church service. Anyway, I just left at checkout time. The guy was professional and not rude. He was definitely clear that if I wanted late checkout, I had to pay for it. That's all... I will stay again.

The breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast. Stick to toast and waffles and you will be fine. After looking at reviews for this Motel I was skeptical but the location and price were good. I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, comfortable and quiet.

The front desk people are friendly and knowledgeable but when they leave the front desk their sign says back in few minutes which is actually 30-45minutes.

The staff was nice and friendly. The location is great. The breakfast was cool. The breakfast area was nice and clean. It was very quiet and the rooms were cozy and comfortable.

The shower in the room flooded out onto the hallway floor. I had to use all the towels to soak up the water on the inside and outside of the restroom floor. I think they should change the shower out considering it's on the first floor right by the front desk. I'm sure this is not the first time this has happened. But overall everything was great.

It was a great location by hospital and room was great I am in a wheelchair ♿️ the food was very good and enjoy it. I will have to go back next week and will stay there again it is very good location and great staff

Needs more parking for handicap other than that everything else was great

Very clean, friendly staff, breakfast changes which was great, and cleaned our room on daily basis. Enough towels and room with sofa was nice. It was located near medical center/ university which we attended a ceremony.

Pool was small but adequate for us.

When we called to reserve a room, we checked to see if there was a functioning pool. The answer was yes. When we got there, the pool was closed. We picked your location partly because of the pool. Our shower water did not get hot. The water was a little less than lukewarm.

Everything. the room was super clean, the staff were very kind and friendly. I really appreciated my time at Comfort suites. Srikanth helped me a lot, I had some problems with my previous hotel and he was amazing helping me to solve, even not being his problem. I strongly recommend comfort suites

The room was so clean! Temperature inside nice. The guys at the desk were amazing! I had an appointment and would be late for checkout and they cordially let me do a late chechout at 1pm. I felt safe. We were able to park in the gated area free of charge. Very nice and understanding staff. The rest of the staff polite and helpful. I will come back to this hotel and recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

we chose it because it is near Houston Methodist. There is transportation to and from hospital. We never had to stay long to get us checked out. All the employees were really nice and helpful.
