Staybridge Suites - Houston - Medical Center, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast was generally nice. I wished there were healthier options and I wished the coffee was left out and refreshed for a longer of period of time after the breakfast was cleared to accommodate daily coffee drinkers. It seems like a light lift and would make a big different in the overall experience of the guest. Especially because the medium roast coffee was actually pretty good. The location was fine. If you don't have a car, it's difficult to get to anything, even the Target, which is just a few blocks away. I had to request Lyfts to drive me just a few minutes. But I think that's more of a commentary on how walkable Houston is generally speaking.

I wished the rooms were refreshed and cleaned each day over the weekend.

The stay was good! Our room was very comfortable & pleasant. Loved check in..was easy and felt very professional. Breakfast was great, area was clean and a nice variety of food. I especially liked that we didn't have the hotel mini size lotions and shampoo. Full size bottles of Dove! A++ in my book. Very close to the Staduim, Target and eateries..all within walking distance

The hall to the room (2nd floor) were stuffy and hot. Had some wires sticking out of the side of our AC unit

The location is perfect for MD Anderson Cancer Center. 5 minute drive. I was traveling alone and felt quite safe in the area, and there's a grocery store, Target, and lots of fast food and restaurants nearby.

It was really hot in the hallways and the elevator. The room was very comfortable. Not enough luggage carts , anywhere you go, there's never enough luggage carts.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay at Staybridge Medical Center I had my Birthday Event I had a wonderful time and from the first desk to Event Sales Manager Ms Wendy took very good care of me and my family and friends and I will recommend my family and friends to stay at this location I to thank the staff for making accommodations for me and my family I really appreciate it A Forever Customer ☺️❤️

very close to our event, clean, staff was polite and helpful

upon arrival around 4:30 our room still wasn’t ready to go check in after a 5 hour drive. we sat in the lobby almost an hour when I asked the GM what was taking so long that I didn’t think we would have to wait that long when check on was for 2:00. the GM assured me she would credit me that night.

Breakfast was good

Poor communication with shuttle service. Given card for return. I had to ask what the 2 phone numbers were, told first was day and second night shift. Started calling at 3pm , no answer 4 times. MdAnderson courtesy desk called hotel to find shift change is 2pm (night shift?). Finally got to hotel near 5 pm. Very inconvenient.

very home like setting, extremely clean , beautifully updated and modern looking kitchen and bathroom. Bed, blankets, and pillows were extremely comfortable

Didn’t seem to have enough basics. I asked for extra towels but they only had smaller towels. I was staying 3 nights but only had enough larger towels to shower twice, while at front desk another person was asking for pillows for their pull out bed and they were out

The kitchen/dining lady is very details & on point with Covid-19 protocol I apologize, I didn't catch her name. She makes sure everyone does what is right. Such as clean our hands with hand sanitizers before we touch the utensil & doing self-serving for breakfast. She is very polite, good manner & pleasant. Breakfast that she prepares looks clean & fresh cook. We are happy & feel safe on that. She is doing such an excellent job!! Room is clean, and sheet is fresh. Front desk is doing good. Overall we are happy to stay at your hotel

The staff, especially Shy ( I hope I got her name right) at this Hotel are by far some of the most helpful and pleasant people in the industry. They went above and beyond getting my parents and myself into a room after booking.com messed up the reservations. The Hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast even with Covid has a better selection than most Hotels in the area, and the lady serving was sweet and very helpful in getting things for me to take to my parents. I can't say enough about this Hotel.

Absolutely nothing!!! Not one complaint, they doing the Hotel thing the right way!

I thought the rooms were very clean, and the staff was nice. The location was very convenient. It was just a short walk from NRG stadium.

It was very expensive for 1 night, but I understand it was due to the high traffic and the concert. Yet, it did feel like a lot for just one night.
