SpringHill Suites Houston Pearland

I liked the simple fact that my room was clean and looked like something that I never stayed in before. We feel comfortable knowing when we return with our son we will be safe and our room will be more than clean enough for him to play in. I booked to return in a few days. In September I booked your hotel in Dallas and planning on returning back to your Pearland location in October. This experience has left an everlasting impression on me and I refuse to book elsewhere.

Check in time at 3pm. Wish it can be a little sooner so I don’t have to kill time waiting until then. Luckily I didn’t have to wait this time but I’m unsure for the future stays.

the breakfast was very good. We stayed at a different hotel name recently and were extremely disappointed in the breakfast so we were a little apprehensive but we were very pleasantly surprised. The bacon was delicious as was everything and the white staff was very pleasant and efficient helpful etc.

The coffee cup lids did not fit snuggly on the cups. The lady ahead of us picked up her cup and the coffee spilled out all over her hand counter and floor. When I stacked my husbands cup on top of mine to open the room door the lid popped off and I almost dropped both of them also. Other than that everything was wonderful

Breakfast was good but I just wish that they had some kind of bread like toast and not just waffles other than that the food was good

Again I say it would be nice to have some bread like toast and not always waffles I was there for 4 days and every day it was waffles and some kind of bagel sausage with egg and I'm a toast person so just have toast next time and I'll be so satisfied

Breakfast was really delicious. The kitchen staff was very nice. Every one was so very nice Loved the receptionist

Only issues were the door has a problem closing and locking when we walked out of the room. The bolt part wanted to stick out. Only other thing was the water pressure was not real great.

It was my fault for not choosing a better location....had nothing to do with the hotel itself. Just poor selection from myself as far as the distance from the locations I visited. Everything was about 30 mins away. Yet again not a reflection of the location of the hotel just poor selection from myself. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast fits my expectation.

Kind of old room. Main door lock is out of order. water flow of bathroom sink is so slow.

The room was not clean and the pillowcases had dried blood on one of them and smelled like Body odor

The water pressure was good

Breakfast could’ve included tortillas with the makings of a breakfast burrito.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was so comfortable.

Would have liked liquid French Vanilla creamer with the coffee.

due to covid restrictions it was a paper bag deal. Wish they could return to the regular bacon, eggs, pancakes, omelettes breakfast of the past.

Maid service limited. Had problems with simple wi-fi connection but got it resolved thru an IT representative.
