Hampton Inn Dallas-Rockwall

Loved the breakfast bar, always plenty of food and a good selection. Also, the swimming pool outside was really enjoyable. The desk clerks were very friendly as well.

For 4 people in the room, I think we needed more big towels (I never called for extra because we brought some beach towels) The shampoo bottle was completely empty in our room too, but I was already in the shower when I found out, so no point calling.

Location was excellent. Plenty of good restaurants in the area. Beautiful residential neighborhood nearby and next to Lake Ray Hubbard. The staff is very professional, from the concierge to the cleaning staff. My room was very nice.

I really didn't have anything I didn't like except for I had initially booked the room because it was listed as pet friendly. However when I checked in I found out they didn't allow dogs except for service dogs. But on a positive note the concierge was very helpful when I told her my situation and checked me in anyway. So that was the only negative but it was quickly remedied into a positive.

The breakfast was great, lots of options to choose from and convenient and fast when on the go. Rooms were spacious and comfortable like I was at home . Location was very convenient to where I needed to be and easy t get to and away from the loud traffic .

Nothing all was great

Clean, maintained, safe area, friendly staff, good internet connection. Quiet despite proximity to freeway. Good hot breakfast. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

A bit pricey, but still reasonable for the area. Location was a bit awkward to access due to the tangle of nearby roads.

Cleanliness. I appreciate the hard work of housekeeping staff.

Breakfast was a little dismal. But I don't eat what most people would consider normal. My favorite breakfast is avacado waffles.

The location was within minutes of our final destination.

I hate thick duvets. I prefer blankets that can be selected to provide the necessary warmth/cooling. There's no way to make a duvet thinner, particularly when sharing a bed with my wife.

When we checked in we were told that booking.com didn’t pay Hampton. Therefore, we were a little stressed that we might not be able to stay. Luckily the issue resolved

Location was perfect. Close to everything. Room was very clean.

Parking lot is small and gets hard to find a parking space if you come in late, especially on a weekend night. There were four of us in the room and we would only get 3 towels each time they did room service.

it was a great location and the staff was nice.

it looked like it needed some repairs and paint in our room. there was a water leak in the bathroom from the room upstairs that we reported to them so they could fix.

The breakfast had many options with delicious coffee or tea. A perfect location for pickleball tournaments at the Oasis courts.
