Very Clean Hotel; good room & comfortable bed; Great CustomerService; Great Breakfast.

(1.) The floor in the Shower was very Slippery while showering..! Even though the shower floor was made of some type of slip-resistance product - It Was Still Slippery & I had to be very cautious & careful in the shower. (2.) I think maybe the water softener helped contributed to the slippery shower floor - because it took a long time to rinse the bath soap off & the soap lingering on the shower floor made it more slippery. (3.) It just happen too get a little cold that night in Rockwall, & we didn’t have a blanket in our room. But I went down stairs & the desk clerk got us one..

Breakfast was great! The little pancake making thing was a big hit. Variety was also very nice and everything was kept clean. The mix on a day-to-day basis was also very nice.

The floor of our room was rather dirty (noticeable on our socks), but otherwise the room was very clean. Didn't really like that the room was so warm when we returned after a long day outside in the heat...although it did cool off fairly quickly.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The lobby area was nice and relaxing. The gym was clean and had several workout options. The saff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection was limited but nice considering the great deal on the room. There are a lot of area restaurants and shopping in the area if you choose to grab breakfast elsewhere.

Clean rooms, Breakfast was amazing, Amazing customer service especially Chanel! Chanel provided outstanding service probably the best I've ever seen in a long time. I'd come back to Rockwall because of the outstanding facilities and professional customer service.

Very friendly and service oriented employees. This is well maintained and cleaned, modern hotel on peaceful location. Kids really liked billiard table in the lobby.

AC fan operates all the time, even we put AC completely off. Reception confirmed that it works this way in they hotel. It’s of course good for air quality and moisture control, but you don’t get totally silent room.

The customer service far exceeds that of even the Hilton starting with hotel staff at the front desk to the most kindest laddies that clean and disinfects the rooms all three shifts, I drink coffee all through the night and each time I was greeted with kindness and and professionalism that meant so much to my wife and I, mind you I'm black!!! Just everything was so Peaceful/absolutely Super!! These are the natures of men and woman that brings forth the flourishing of a successful business! Rooms were clean and spacious, I loved the soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower. Breakfast was excellent, service friendly and courteous, bottled drinks were surprisingly inexpensive!

Although we had a room with 2 beds, my wife would have preferred a small night stand on the outside edge of her bed.

It was easy to find. Check in was a breeze. The staff was very nice and breakfast was great. The location is AMAAAAZING!!!! We had something to do everyday at the Harbor. Words can't explain how excited I was at this location.

The blankets are very thin BUT they brought me a few extras upon request. Very satisfied!!!!!

The eggs tasted very manufactured. For a name like Hilton, one would expect much more. In the future, I may not upgrade and get the extra breakfast for that reason.

Everything was definitely worth the money. The gym was well-equipped, and I definitely took advantage of it.

It is a newer hotel. Very nice. There’s some extra neat perks. pool table in the lobby with some very nice but secluded sitting areas to do your work. The staff was excellent too! Price was within the normal range as well. 10/10 would stay again and again!

There was not a single thing we disliked.
