SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dallas Rockwall

Lovely room. They seemed to think of everything (microwave, coffee maker, USB ports EVERYWHERE. Comfy sofa was great for relaxing, complete with ottoman. Front desk staff was very attentive.

The view of the back parking lot and freeway was way less than nice. And the freeway noise was horrid. Tried leaving the fan on all night to drown out the noise but it shut off as soon as we went to sleep. The desk chair was not comfortable for working.

Didn't eat breakfast but grabbed some coffee and it looked really good! The only food I ordered was from a restaurant close by and it was delivered to the front desk with no problems.

Maybe added a nightlight in the bathroom because it was so dark. Everything else was great and the room was very big and the furniture and bed was very comfortable.

The king suit was very spacious the bed was comfy and the floor I was on was fairly quiet. I would recommend.

The hot water was not very hot it's okay but when you want HOT you want hotttt... also the drain for the water went down very slow but tub served it's purpose for the 1 night I stayed. Bath tub itself could also use some updating.

It was very clean and nice and quiet. We had plenty of room in our suite for 3 preteens and 2 adults. Thank you!

The breakfast was ok. It was a lot of people in the breakfast area and only one person doing everything and i felt bad for her because she could not keep up with everything. She just needs some help otherwise this is a very nice to stay.

I wanted to thank Bobby at the front desk in Rockwall for coming to my aid. I ended up needing to stay over due to an unexpected doctor’s visit, he immediately made arrangements to extend my stay and he’s so helpful. Thanks Bobby!

It was a very pleasant stay, the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was all Booking.com said it would be and more, the location was amazing and would be exciting during the summer season. We shopped, ate and enjoyed without having to drive a lot, it was absolutely wonderful.

Location. We stay here quite often.

We had a 3 days stay and the toilet paper was partially empty and we rand out with no one to check on it. I asked for more towels and housekeeping couldn't give me the towels on her cart but said she would bring me some. She never did.

I loved how clean the hotel was! the staff was extremely friendly and it was a welcoming environment!

the only thing that I didn’t really like was that nobody came to clean the room.

we stayed in room 230, which I think may have been a handicapped room because there were handrails all around bathroom and the shower head was on a vertical bar, offering a flexible height from about 3 ft to 5 ft, unfortunately, I’m over 6 ft.

The facility was nice and clean.

Only real concern was the dog barking for what seemed like eternity last night. The website advised this was a pet free hotel. The pool is tiny, but not a huge issue.
