Hilton Dallas/Rockwall Lakefront Hotel

The room size was amazing. The bathroom was beautiful. The front desk people were helpful and the valet guys were great.

Unfortunately, the bathroom tub leaked - the toilets didn’t flush well - the bar sink didn’t drain - the pull out bed blankets had holes and the comforter was disgusting. While I enjoyed the balcony you can hear the music from the outside space. I needed to print some documents and the printers didn’t work correctly. It took over an hour and their IT/engineer for both of us to figure out how to finally get them printed.

Hotel is very nice. Good location if you enjoy comfortable and familiar eateries and shopping (read chain). Comfortable beds, extremely clean facilities Staff is amazing

Nothing free without using rewards points. You can get a bottle of water, but there's nothing complimentary like what's becoming standard at most hotels. Especially for the price. The bathrooms are a bit snug. Chain restaurants abound. (Can be good or bad) And the bar/restaurant is just ok.

The pool was large and clean

The staff were friendly enough but I thought my bathroom was run down, i think the price didn’t match the older decor, the bathroom faucet was loose, there wasn’t a hair dryer in the room, i asked front desk twice and didn’t get it, under 18 not attended children were a nuance and causes a safety issue in the pool, children should not be allowed in hot tub

only small things : They need covered parking and temporarily need to provide umbrellas for guest to get to their cars when checking out during the rain. On room service the food needs to be hot , provide microwaves in each room & daily checks on paper & coffee items needed in the room. I beside this, I really love the entire place the facilities, the service everything !

Room was clean, organized and location was great.

It took almost two hours asking for a robe after arriving. They didn't call us when room was available like they said they would.

Hotel looks great. The beds were comfortable.You will not be disappointed.

I have disabilities and asked to be close to Elevator and a room to face the water. It has been my dream to see the sun come up over the water. We had a side view of the water but I was not close to. Elevator. I was in so mich pain and didn't get the chance to really see the in Hotel. I want to come back in October to be able to. We killed 3 small spiders and one mosquito in room and they could have dusted all the tables but we did sanitize them. You Hotel is beautiful have recommended you to my family. Sincerely, Fledia

As always my room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Never disappointed in our rooms at Hilton properties.

I know it’s COVID, but my room service was less than what I heave come to expect at Hilton. I used the door sign to order for the next morning. I requested 0700-0730 delivery and my food arrived at 0800. It was packaged as a carry out order , and was missing all the little extras you would have received in the past. Like butter for the toast. Food was a little cold and she forgot the coffee. All this no normal fees. also I was charged a $2 delivery fee, twice. I didn’t notice this until I got home and review my receipt.

Great location and breakfast!

Better communication between the check in desk and Room Service is needed. We had pre-paid for breakfast online, but were charged twice when our food was delivered to our room. We were fine with the delivery fee of $2 plus 20% gratuity, but NOT getting charged $40 for breakfast AGAIN. The delivery girl from Room Service said she would remove the $40 for breakfast that we had pre-paid. How do you plan on resolving this problem in the future?

It’s right by a handful of really good restaurants that offer several different options! They also offer boat rides right down from the hotel!

Your definitely paying more for location than luxury, it was a normal room. There was another building in front of our window obstructing the view. I wouldn’t be to worried about it but I payed extra for a “ resort view “ and was disappointed.

Everything was priced really high. Dinner was 50 couple drinks was about 50 even had to pay for parking. Breakfast was not free and was 20 plus per person. Bathroom was really.small. door would.just about hit the.toilet when you open it.
