Courtyard by Marriott San Antonio Riverwalk

We stopped at Starbucks for coffee and a bagel there were 3 girls working.One stood around the whole time not doing anything. We decided to sit down to eat the bagel while waiting for our car. All the tables were dirty or dusty. We asked one of the girls if she had a rag so we could wipe one of the tables. She brought one over and began cleaning the table. I said thank you and she never replied. When she was done I said thank you again and she still didn’t respond. Then she came back with a dry rag to dry it and I said thank you again and finally she said you’re welcome. Also I asked to have the half and half refilled it was empty. For 3 employees the place should be fully stocked and tables cleaned. That’s my expectation.

Loved our room, location was excellent.

Staring when we arrived, there where no carts to take our luggage to our rooms. Nor did the valets ask to assist us. The receptionist overcharged my card for the hold amount, but later released it and i was correctly charged.

Becky Kelley was truely exceptional with everything all the hotel staff were amazing but Becky went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed along with helping us find our way around town!

My only complaint was no complementary breakfast. They have a bistro/Starbucks you can buy food at but even the smaller hotels had breakfast offered.

Great location, nice staff, and I like the fact that they had the small store available in the lobby so you don't have to leave the hotel later in the evening.

The restroom didn't have a fan. When sharing the room with multiple people, it stays humid and wet after folks shower for some time. That would be a great improvement.

Valet parking team was very cordial and efficient. Front desk check in was also very good.

They need to have a dedicated coffee service. Standing in line with 10 people ordering breakfast while waiting just for a cup of coffee is just plain stupid. On two occasions I left the hotel and got a cup of coffee outside of the hotel.

This place is perfect just a few steps to the river walk..this has been the best hotel ever I would never stay nowhere else..the valet was perfect the guys were fantastic.the food was on point the girls up front were wonderful if I can rate this hotel at a 100 I would..COURTYAED MARRIOTT YALL ARE AMAZING AND WONDERFUL!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The properties location was great. Direct access to the River Walk

Was not aware breakfast was available at hotel. Otherwise might have breakfast there. Location is perfect! Better than expected!

The space for the hotel room was cramped. With high priced hotel room charge, would expect much better than the one we had. Only one thin blanket was found for sofa bed at cold night. When sofa bed was set up, it blocked the traffic in the room.

I don't know why, in the USA they can't quote an inclusive price for the room rather than a base rate + + + + tax for this, tax for that, charges for the other. It is misleading and even when you know it will happen, still leaves a bad taste. None of the hotels on the riverwalk have inclusive parking

Room a little small - would’ve liked balcony with chairs. No free coffee after Starbucks opened and I hate their coffee!
