It’s good.

The valet parking staff needs to be polite because one of the guy started to screaming to my wife his name is Israel. And the other bad experience was when I arrived to the hotel they couldn’t find my reservation l had to wait about 45 minutes to have my room ready.

checked car in with valet parking and when returned the 14 dollar bills we had in console were taken, plus the craziest thing was they had eaten over half a bag of lousy mini donuts we had got at a gas station. ashame that there is a thief in there imployment

The room was excellent, we were on the 22nd floor. The view from our room was fantastic and the cleaning service for the room was excellent as well. The valet was excellent, very courteous and quick. The location was very close to the auditorium that we had our conference in, so that was a big plus. The hotel was close to many great restaurants and shopping places.

The only thing that I would say needed work was the pool, the water was a little dirty and there weren't any umbrellas to sit under, that was my wife point. Other than that I would say the hotel visit was great. We plan on visiting your hotel again and recommending it to our collogues and friends.

Everything was really nice and accommodating. Staff very professional and welcoming. Environment was warm and inviting.

Elevator flow seemed to be conjested during peak times and slow. Maybe it wouldn't be if check in and check out times wouldn't be all at the same time especially where the hotel is situated right on the Riverwalk. I understand the turn over to clean the rooms and get them situated for the next guests but for the amount of guest flow and the elevator ratio it just gets to conjested. Other than that all very nice.

the location of the hotel was ideal for our stay. This was a wonderful hotel with amazing staff. Even the smell of the hotel was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the staff for the memorable stay.

this is an older hotel that is maintained well, however the room was not as clean as i would have liked. The shower had hair in it, the tub of the shower was not clean, and the bathroom was not as well. We brought our own cleaning products, so we cleaned the room ourselves.

The view of the Riverwalk and the city of San Antonio was wonderful. The room was spacious and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony especially in the evenings. The parking staff was very friendly and helpful giving information about the area. Love having several restaurant options at the facility.

The fact that the elevators were under construction was so confusing which one to use for getting to my room or getting to the river walk. The maids were very nice too..my room was nicely cleaned daily.

Location is why you book this hotel. The room is spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Large, well appointed bathroom. Very secure room.

No microwave in the room. I'm unsure why hotels are doing this recently but you can't warm up leftover food. The fridge was so small it wouldn't fit a to go box anyways. People comment on the noise level but that's just normal for a hotel right on the river. It didn't bother me but something to note if that isn't to your liking.

Elevator operating screen pads were inconvenient because not everyone knew how to operate, and with no floor options inside, elevator patrons were most often confused and not on the right elevator or on it at all. The room was cleaned, and we were not expecting that considering the information for hotel stay said that the room would not be serviced to save water and unnecessary services unless otherwise stated.

Spacious, cool, comfortable room - excellent location with direct river walk access as well as close proximity to lots of attractions and restaurants. Kind, accommodating staff.

My room was on the street side and I was surprised how much I could hear the weekend city noise late into the night. Only two of the four elevators were working during my weekend stay and they became very congested close to checkout time.

The best location with easy access to the riverwalk , alamo and other attractions. All within walking distance. The food at their restaurant is better than the restaurants on the riverwalk. Room was spacious and clean with the most beautiful view from the 16th floor. Pool area came with a great view also. The staff members were so helpful and nice. Ill definitely stay at this hotel every time I visit San Antonio.
