Quality Inn and Suites Terrell

I always read reviews about a property before I make any kind of reservation. Oddly enough, I rarely leave review myself. That being said I am leaving a review for the next person.. I was very pleased with the size, furnishings cleanliness and location of our room. Since I was traveling in my vehicle, I had linen (down to the blankets and pillows) along with me so I could use them over the furnished linens used in the room. To my surprise I never used anything except my personal bed pillow. The room was like a small studio apartment and everything was very clean. I was impressed that the floor WAS NOT carpet! I always hated to step on the carpet I knew thousands of folks had left their mark on. TV was great, small refrigerator and microwave came in handy too. The breakfast every morning was great! We never ate breakfast out because they had it all there. We were there 5 nights and I found nothing to complain about. I will stay there the next time I visit there.

The lobby and check in area could have been more appealing but I wasn’t planning to spend much time in that area anyway. A customer might judge the property a little lower if they never looked further because I actually did so myself. I hope my review will be helpful to those who are comparing.

I loved the Texas shaped waffles and the sausages were good.

The place, though generally clean, could use a good dusting in areas. The towels were threadbare. It seems like it was a very nice hotel 20 or 30 years ago and the staff is doing the best with what they have.

Price, cleanliness, and breakfast was great

The night staff was kind of inattentive. I got in late though so i understand. . I tried calling 3 times to ask for a wake up call and no answer. Tried calling to ask if they had tooth paste once as well and no answer. When i went down no one way there but then i found a bell to ring and they came inside in a moment

check in staff was friendly & helpful . room was comfortable & spacious

tables in room were dirty . had liquid stuff on the table in corner by sofa , bedside table & coffee table was sticky . I broke a jar of salsa in the hallway , the maid saw me cleaning it up - but didn’t offer to assist . the morning desk person didn’t offer to check for more condiments at breakfast when I asked about them .

Every part of booking, and confirming my reservation was great, room was clean, we slept great, staff was welcoming, over all worth the experience. I will recommend this hotel.

To far, rooms where to small, to expensive for size

Very clean.

First morning by 8:30 they were out of breakfast items. Would have liked a bagel or English muffins. They only had thick bread and biscuits. Second day they had all breakfast items at 8:50. I understand it is over at 9.

Front desk was very friendly and super helpful

We had room booked till sunday. I confirmed check out was at 12:00, cleaning ladies knocked on our door 3 times before 10:00am. Also on saturday i asked for plastic liners for trash can and both cleaning ladies were not friendly. I also needed extra towels but i didnt ask for them cause they were rude to me about the trash bags.

We went out for breakfast and upon returning to the room my suitcase was in a different location... It doesn’t have legs so I assume someone was in the room while we were out. But beds weren’t made... Nothing missing but I never leave anything valuable in the room.

that motel 6 was right be side it . they’re property is very trashy.

There was a Waffle House and Starbucks within very close walking distance and the parking lot was easily visible, too especially from the freeway.

The driving room around the hotel. Getting out was tight, especially from behind. But that’s really just nitpicking.
