We stayed 5 days at this location and the staff was unbeliveble, they were drinking at the desk, all the time talking with each other, sitting outsite, plus the cleaning lady for the breakfast was so tired that she had to lay her head on the desk. The Breakfast was a mess. The room was spacious but not clean. Because we stayed there for 5 days we did not want to make an issue out of it. They need better management.

Bathroom door should swing outward or be a pocket door. Bathroom was too small for door to swing inward. Breakfast was not up to the level of comparable hotels we stayed at on this trip.

We have traveled to Galveston on seven occassions over the last year. This hotel has given us the best stays compared to the competition around Texas City. Very clean, staff is very good, the breakfast and snack areas are good, and the rooms are excellent.

There are few dislikes, but a discount of 25% would make this an excellent place by to stay. The shampoo and body wash station in shower was empty and low. More towels would be recommended.

First, the hotel is easily to find and access from the highway. The parking lots was well lite and check in was quick and easy. The lady that helped with our check in was helpful, knowledgeable about the area. She suggested shopping pllaces, great restaurants and ways to stay out of the busy times of traffic.

The trash often piled up in the halls. The reason is understandible. This is a hotel where families come in to visit many fun theme parks, water parks, the beach and NASA. They sometimes cook in their rooms (there is a small kitchen) so there are odors in the halls. Families also bring in lots of fast food. They would pile big bunches of bags, and other trash in the halls. It would be picked up the next day but was not impressive just getting off the elevator.

Very wonderful location and a great selection for breakfast. The pet rules/waiver is absolutely adorable and makes it feel like the animals are just as welcome as their human companions. Clean rooms with lovely amenities.

The pet fee seemed a little excessive, but given the location and how nice the hotel was it is understandable. I would not recommend booking if you do not want to pay a "guest" fee for your pet - but if you don't mind that this is really an excellent choice!

Had an awesome breakfast, room was cool we had three beds, the kitchen with dishwasher was interesting.

Dishes in the room were nasty and had chunks of food on them. The bathroom setup was awkward when using, you had to climb around the toliet to close the door, and couldn't use the sink without the door shut. Only one person could use it at a time because it was so tiny.

The hotel itself was very spacious and made for a pleasant stay. Hotel is in a great location as well.

Nothing major but our room didn't have an ice bucket. Called the front desk to see about getting one, she claimed she looked but she was all in her cell phone when we arrived, I don't think she checked. It's a pretty big size hotel, you would think they would have extras. Thankfully I done the "contactless check in" because I didn't want to interrupt her conversation lol.

The room was clean and really big. It had a kitchen with everything you could possibly need while vacationing. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The location was perfect for our visit to Texas City.

Not the hotel's fault, but all the new construction made it difficult sometimes to get out of the parking lot. We managed and learned different ways to get to our destination.

Loved the room, location, and the pool.

The companies system went down and we had to wait to check. That was nerve wrecking, I hate uncertainty if we would have a room. Also I am a diabetic and there were really no choices for myself at breakfast.

The staff are nice and helpful! the beds are comfy and it’s a calm environment! I did like the breakfast!

I think the bathroom is a little awkward in design and more then 2 towels would be good but you can always ask the front desk for more so it isn’t a big deal.
