The breakfasts were delicious, and the staff graciously accommodated my early meeting schedule. The bed was extremely comfortable, the entire inn decor is sumptuous, extravagant, and beautifully done.

I would have appreciated electrical access closer to the bed to be able to watch a movie in bed. The vanity mirror in the bathroom of my suite was not really functional as I’m tall, however if I propped the front of the mirror on my wallet, I was able to use it for shaving. Otherwise, fantastic experience!

My husband and I loved our stay at the Inn at Court Square! We were greeted as soon as we got out of the car, checked in quickly and luggage was brought up to our room. We were given wine and cookies at checkin. Our suite was gorgeous! Candace has done a phenomenal job styling the inn. Breakfast was wonderful. We were very well taken care of. The location is perfect, about a block away from the mall. We walked to dinner each night. We will definitely be back!

The Inn at Court Square was exceptional in all respects. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The accommodations were, clean, comfortable, and well situated. The food was delicious and perfectly prepared. We highly a recommend it and look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

What a lovely stay we had at Inn at Court Square - the owner is beyond friendly and helpful, the breakfast was special and delicious, the decor was absolutely stunning. We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful night!

When your vacation is about history you don’t want to stay in some modern cookie cutter hotel. The Inn at Court Square is a restored house with furnishing that are far from cookie cutter. Our room was huge with a beautiful four poster bed and plenty of room to relax. Breakfast was wonderful and intimate. Location was perfect, within walking distance to the pedestrian mall with shopping and restaurants. Our hosts could not have been nicer and helpful. Great connections with local restaurants to help with reservations.

Other than the cost, there was nothing I didn’t like. If we go back to Charlottesville we will stay there again and just deal with it. It was worth it.

Very friendly and welcoming owner and staff. Lovely old house maintained true to the period. The breakfast was 3 courses of fabulous! Set daily breakfast menu (with vegetarian options) was excellent, I have never had such a light fluffy quiche. Located just a short 2 minute walk , 2 small blocks from downtown mall, it was so easy to go out to eat and see Charlottesville and the university of Virginia without driving. Also excellent location for easy access to Monticello and a number of really good hikes, wineries and cideries.

Five minute walk to center of town. Very quiet, historic neighborhood. Pleasant staff, offered a glass of wine on arrival. Breakfast was good but typical for this type of lodging. Very comfortable bedding

All rooms but one are up fairly long set of stairs if this is an issue for you. There is some reserved parking behind the Inn although tight and not best unloading set up

Drinks, fruit and snacks available free all day. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel had a lot of character.

Extra charge for using the sofa bed seemed a bit mean given the cost of the room.

From the start the stay was amazing. Candace offered us a glass of wine and cookies which I can say is just only a scoche above milk and cookies!! She gave amazing recommendations for restaurants and the area was easily walkable with lovely shops and near the downtown mall. Even with COVID there were plenty of options. Breakfast was exceptional and delicious. From the homemade granola to bread pudding/French Toast hybrid and crustless Quiche...everything was phenomenal!

Wish we could have stayed an extra night!

The breakfast is the highlight of the stay. They are presented with an explanation of what you are getting and how it is put together. They were delicious, and just enough to satisfy our appetites.
