Hyatt Place Charlottesville

As usual, the hotel was sparkling clean and the staff was attentive, engaging, and friendly. The room amenities were on point making my long trip very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic! This is like coming home. Keep up the great work. I'll be back! 🤗

What's not to like about excellence? The care and attention that I received each day were of the highest level. I tell my friends about you everywhere I go. No complaints only praise.

The room size was good, we even had a comfortable sitting area. The hotel is very nice overall. Gym is clean and ample. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great shopping abd restaurants are within walking distance...super convenient.

Some of the furniture in our room needs to be replaced. The coffee maker was falling apart abd made horrible coffee. A kuerig would be a nice replacement. Hinges were broken on refrigerator cabinet door abd wardrobe. We had to lift to close them. Not horrible but annoying....

My short stay was refreshing as usual in my home away from home. The accommodations are always well-prepared and the presentation is appealing. Oh, the beds, room size, quietness, and the big breakfast, wow! Keep up the good work...I'll see you soon.

I loved it all, especially the well-trained staff. Having people who care makes a huge difference in the way I feel when I stay in a hotel. It was comforting. Keep up the good work it is paying off.

Impressive breakfast setup and very good coffee. Room was clean. and spacious.

Bathroom sliding door needed a bumper. Because of translucent glass door, a night-light is needed in bathroom to avoid turning on main light. More hooks/towel bars needed to accommodate additional guests (3+). Door activated light in wardrobe would be helpful.

Comfortable beds and delicious breakfast!

I stayed in two different rooms at this hotel in a weeks span. The first room was very nice and well kept. The second had some damage and though it was clean, I felt some of the damage could use a repair (walls, lamps). Overall, still a great hotel and would stay here again!

The hotel's location is perfect. It is in the same complex as the shopping area and it was easy for us either to grab a coffee or buy lunch or dinner. The staff is super friendly and they were helpful to accommodate our needs. The breakfast selection is also great!

I wish there was something like "kid corner" in the hotel. It is like a dedicated room--does not have to be big for young children to play or read books so they will not disturb guests in the living room.

The property accepted Support Animals and was very clean, decorative, and all of the Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We will be coming back soon! KUDOS!

One lightbulb in our room did not work. A simple daily check by the room-cleaning staff might have prevented this one deficiency.

minor complaints only - rock hard pillows, couple of design issues (toilet paper behind the toilet?), no hotel bar to speak of so no place to gather with friends in evening. very minor

Beautiful property. Well kept inside and out. Room was spotless. Hotel is in a very nice area. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

It was a little further from the interstate than I thought it would be and the restaurant’s menu options are very, very limited.

The Breakfast was outstanding. High floor room was beautifully cleaned with nice views. Even going in with high hopes, Everything definitely exceeded our expectations! Will be recommending to others for sure and we look forward to staying again!
