The room was very clean and a good, comfortable size with a very functional layout. I found the wallpaper relaxing, and the bed was very comfortable. The only suggestion I could possibly make is a handheld shower head and maybe a little more water pressure, but overall, the stay was more than satisfactory, and the staff was very nice!

I really liked the room. Could have stayed a month. Bought groceries stocked the cabinets and been right at home for my stay. The layout of the room is fantastic. I'll be staying here for the next conference or other activity we have in the area, and I'll recommend the hotel to others. The organization I chair has a membership of 63 Churches. The event I attended during this stay was District, representing over 200 churches and several schools. More information on discount rates would be appreciated.
A restaurant would have helped. I cannot find three didn't like sentences as requested.

Loved the fire pit when I went out to smoke. Helped to keep warm while it was cold outside. I have stayed here the last two times for work trip and have been very satisfied both times. The front desk staff were so friendly!!
Could use a firmer pillow. The door under the kitchen sink to the trash can on the top hinge was broke loose from the frame. The door kept wanting to fall sideways. Just set the trash can outside of the door.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, laundry facilities, fabulous mini kitchen w/full sized frig & freezer
Was not too pleased with the fact that guests from neighboring “Double Tree” hotel were allowed access to the hotel laundry facilities. Unfortunately I had to wait over an hour for access to a machine that a “Doubletree” guest was using. I know b/c the person told me how happy she was that our hotel let her use our laundry facility 😡

The location was great. The Hotel looked fairly new! Breakfast was a brown paper-bag with a microwavable sandwich, a breakfast bar, yogurt, and juice. VERY disappointing!
I was charged more at the property than the quoted price confirmed/guaranteed through Booking.com. The reason the front desk clerk gave was that Booking.com does not take into account ALL local taxes and fees when confirming bookings. It was only a few dollars difference so I didn't feel like arguing. This is definitely something Booking.com should reveal upfront. Whatever price I was quoted through Booking.com should be the price I pay......No questions asked.

Loved the free breakfast and the bed was super comfortable.
I wish we could have had our bathroom cleaned and fresh towels each if the 3 days we stated there. We had to go to the lobby every morning to get fresh towels.
