excellent location and close to family

my daughter and I made a trip to Richmond for my. grandsons wedding. we stayed two nights at sleep inn. neither one of us had no complaints. the bed was very comfortable and clean. the staff was very accommodating. the breakfast food could be improved. if we come to your area again we will definitely stay with your facility

The staff was amazing! We came up there for my son's birthday and they got him a happy birthday balloon! He was so happy about it! Thank you for making my son's birthday a little more special for him!

Apple juice was more on the watery side then it tasting like apple juice. But everything was great! Do wish you guys had a market in the hotel.

love the room and everything in it but it was very high ceiling (never been a hotel have that much height, lol). Anyway, It has everything I need in there on my visit. Thank you for making our stay comforting.

I was expecting to go to the gym but it was not open. I find it silly for not being open because I have been going to YMCA gym in MO before coming to VA. Think about it....part of that money went to the gym that I cannot use. Covid or not...we should be able to use it. The choice is should be our own. The YMCA have us to wipe down the on whatever we use to exercise on. Thought to give you some idea on this. =)

Very clean, cozy hotel that was so conveniently located to everything you could possibly need! Staff was so kind, from the front desk to Alfredo at breakfast every morning. We never thought we’d leave having truly made friends with the staff but Alfredo welcomed us like we were family. Wonderful place. Will definitely return.

Our stay was short. The facility was great.

We left our dress clothes in the closet when we left. After calling, the front desk was very helpful, and went up to look in the room himself. However, our clothes were gone. Not placed in lost and found. That was a disapointment.

Friendly staff. Nice and very clean room. Easy access from the road. The breakfast was great. Will definitely stay here again.

It seemed a bit pricey but worth it and you have to consider the location, as well.

Bunny is an exceptional receptionist- warm, welcoming and very pleasant to speak with.

The beds are a bit too soft. Air condition system in the room a bit too loud.

Convenient location and very accessible off Hull Street. Ample, free parking. The room was much larger than expected, clean, and well appointed, clean. The king bed was very comfortable.

I stayed at this hotel almost 3 years. My experience was pleasant then, as well as recently. Though my stay was brief, all was “in order.” It was clean, quiet, comfortable and all staff were pleasant. I also felt safe. Periodically, I came and went at night, traveling by myself, outside lighting was sufficient around the property. At no time did I feel unsafe, though I cautious everywhere I go.

Getting what you expect from a brand in the hotel world is often iffy. This hotel far exceeds the Sleep Hotel brand. They really should upgrade to Clarion or higher.
