Hampton Inn & Suites Norfolk-Airport

Room was super clean. The staff were so friendly. It was really just a perfect place to stay for a few nights.

I honestly don’t have a negative thing to say about this property in Virginia.

The lady at the concierge was very nice. The lady who made sure the breakfast was stocked was very polite. Overall the staff was very nice.

Rooms are clean. The breakfast selection was great added value. Something for everyone. The staff was Friendly and helpful. Location is close to everything airport, beach, and restaurants near by.

The pool could've been cleaner. It was green and cloudy not sure if to much chlorine or dirty.. Also at night saw a few men inside pool area vaping or smoking. It should be monitored as ppl were hanging out not in swimwear. The lobby area was big enough clean and comfortable to socialize.

It is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and made us feel welcome. The free breakfast is actually a breakfast not just some yogurt and cereal like we have experienced elsewhere. They have coin operated laundry on site which, help us since we were there for a week. Thank you for having a great hotel and wonder staff. They all do a wonderful job from the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance team, best crew I have meet in any of my hotel stays.

Would be nice to have an on site restaurant or bar. Places to eat were close enough but it still would have been nice to not have to drive some where to eat a couple of times during our stay.

A full choice of breakfast items. The food, that hot was hot cold was cold, and the freshness of everything.

This was the best of the best stays I ever had. A friend recommends another place the Candlewood Inn on Lowery. I had a confirmed Expedia reservation. Candle Wood receptionist did not honor the reservation. They were sold out which they were not, Expedia shouldn't have confirmed my request. Told I had to go somewhere else. When I go to CT, I stay at Hampton in Shelton, CT. Nice, but not as grand as this one on USAA DRIVE CHESAPEAKE, VA. So, there is nothing that I didn't like. It simply was amazing. Never again will I stay anywhere else if there is a Hampton nearby. Great job to the entire staff.

My room was huge! I was surprised. The towels and linens, all clean. Breakfast was great. Dee did an amazing job on the cheese omelet ;) pool was great, a little cold, but you get used to it. Clean towels available, so I didn't need to bring down my own. Gym was really clean too, towels were also available in there as well. My fridge in my room wasn't working. It was replaced immediately. That was great.

Menu list for the channels was missing. But that's not a big deal.

Rooms were big, clean, comfortable. The entire facility looked & smelled so clean & fresh. breakfast was even included with multi items to choose from. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband asked where he could get a diet coke, next thing, the lady at front desk handed him 1 from a small refrigerator. The staff definitely get 10 stars from us. Well done...

Pool was cold ,even though the signs said it was heated

We went to look at colleges there. The location was the perfect place. Less then 10 minutes from Norfolk State and 20 minutes from Old Dominion College. Breakfast was awesome. Rooms was clean and up to date. Staff was super friendly.

Would love a variety of meat for breakfast. My family and I don’t eat pork so we had to go without the 1st morning but we did have waffles so that was good. The second night they did offer turkey sausage so that was good!

We had reservations in a different motel, which we needed to leave unexpectedly and decided to cross over the bridge to Norfolk and chose Hampton Inn because we knew its reputable and clean. We booked quite literally on route, and the front desk clerk, Ambritt was amazing and quite magical. There was a small glitch when we arrived with the booking, which Ambritt solved with a lot of patience

Nothing. We're hoping to stay again next year.

Felicia at the check in desk was wonderful and very polite and welcoming as well as Reggie was very nice as well making sure that my stay was good without any concerns. Heather was helpful because she called the shuttle for me. I was able to check in early because the room was available and that meant a lot to me. Everything was good.

There was nothing that I did not like.
