Red Roof Inn Virginia Beach-Norfolk Airport

This was a great location. Staff was very nice and very quick, when we called about our curtain falling off the track. They also brought us a brand new chair for our room, because they noticed we didn't have an extra chair in our room , when they came in to fix the curtain. Plenty of everything around here too. Shopping, food and activities. I would definitely stay here again. The pool was very clean. Me and my granddaughter loved the pool.

Red Roof Inn Room was very cozy and suitable for staying in and enjoying a leisure dinner from Bojangles and watching TV with my hubby and our new doggy.

The Red Roof Inn hotel didn't accept cash whiich we were not prepared to check out in the he morning which was an inconvenience to our whole day having to travel to our appointments heavy with baggage to carry all day including the evening back to Virginia Beach to save money by being homeless easier on the beach in private secluded areas.

I liked the pool, the numerous restaurants around the hotel. It was a great price. And only 20minutes from the beach and other fun activities.

Our refrigerator kept leaking and the cords to the tv were behind there and we were nervous about an electrical fire. Put a request in with the front and they assured us it would get fixed but we returned to no change. We put a towel down to catch the water.

Air conditioner and bed , there was no bugs in my room. I sprayed anyway. Whatever I needed like tolet paper, towels or bags I could get.

The refrigerator was leaking, the bed top covers was nasty, but I changed the bottom ones didn't have clean top ones at the time. The floors was dirty. But I sweep them my self and bleached everything myself I kept my room clean my self. We where there a week. The pool was closing didnt know it.

Great location, close to the beach and several restaurants.

The water tasted like it had perfume in it!! I bought a coffee pot to use in our room and couldn't even drink coffee because it tasted disgusting. My dog wouldn't even drink the water, so we had to go buy water. We are from Ohio, and our tap water tastes amazing, so we weren't expecting this.

We got a 2 person 1 bed smoking room for 2 nights. It was comfy, had fully functioning appliances, a cool AC system, a desk area & nice bathroom. The location was awesome. You can enjoy many fast food or family restaurants less than 5 minutes from this hotel. Norfolk airport, VA beach and Norfolk Outlets are all close. I like the open layout of the hotel itself, & the parking lot has plenty of room. I also love the fact pets are allowed, next time I might bring my dog. The price was great and we will probably book again with Red Roof Inn VA Beach- Norfolk Airport.

We heard our neighbors frequently, maybe because they were just being obnoxiously loud. I wish the walls weren’t so thin. That being said, I had a good nights rest.

Such an easy check in. They also require masks and only 1 person inside due to corona. It Took less then 10 minutes and I was already on my way to my room. I had my dog with me and they accommodated me with a room in the back corner downstairs right across from the open grass area which was so perfect because shes only 2 and still has her spastic moments. Very quiet. Would stay again for sure. Just need to get the water situation under control but it didn't damper my stay.

Had a mildew smell to it when I first opened the door. After I took a shower I realized why... The whole bathroom floor was soaking wet so I'm assuming that happens and it was sits there. Alot of moisture in the air. Needs damp rid.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. Location is close to food, shopping and the beach. Great deal, would stay again!

The bathroom door was functional but had a large patched/ painted-over hole in it, which gives the room a bad look. Recommend replacing the door, it’s an easy/cheap fix. The tv remote sensor lost it’s adhesiveness and was laying around the counter, which made it difficult to change the channels, etc. We worked around it but again, an easy/cheap fix.

Good value for the area. Good location to the highway but like 30 minutes from the beaches. They did have a pool. Good decent / safe place to spend the night.

Better beds and pillows (softer) More towels for the room. Everything else was fine for the price.

It was a great bar across the street.

I booked online and I was still asked for my debit card which I don’t think should of mattered if I had already booked and paid weeks before. Especially since I could of had someone else pay for the room. But I say that to say this I checked my card and was charged a additional $226 on my card after I was told I wouldn’t be she just needed to see my card.
