Comfort Inn & Suites Virginia Beach-Norfolk Airport

The breakfast was great and the staff was very kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend. For the money and the location it’s not a bad place.

Looks like it could use some renovation. It’s not horrible but it’s not super great. When we first checked in and headed to the elevator the first thing we saw was a big ass cockroach on the wall. We killed it right away. We waited to see how the room looked before deciding to leave instead. Luckily the room was clean so we dealt with it. Other than that the elevator could use some remodeling and an update to the hotel. But overall that was about it.

We loved the location to everything we needed to do and to our family. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was pleasant.

Our door frame was broken making it stick & hard to open & to lock from inside at night. The bathroom was not clean properly & I had to clean with wash clothes & shower head was broken and spraying water everywhere. Couch was not clean and had food and white stains on it. We were not able to get clean or extra bath towels. We did not get compensated for the things that were wrong😟. We were satisfied with our stay we just got a bad room this time😒.

Great location to restaurants, shopping. Super,very friendly, helpful staff. Clean, smell really good, it was the Thanksgiving holiday, so the lobby was decorated really beautifully. Easy fast check in and out. Front Desk clerks were very nice and courteous. Good parking. Clean large room. Comfortable bed.soft pillows, clean bathroom, very hot water. Soft bathroom towels.

One small elevator. I had trouble with my room key,so the front desk clerk, reprogram it. Every time I left my room and returned, I had trouble with my card key, but I figured it out..lol.The holiday fragrance in the lobby was strong, but smell really good, but it bothered my Mother's sinuses (allergies). I would preferred more seating in the room, it was only 1 desk chair.

The staff were very friendly, and warm. The breakfast was okay. The room had garbage in the bathroom bin, and in the room, and tissue under one of the nightstands. otherwise, everything was good. I was a bit disappointed because the pool didn't work, and the beach was far away.

This place was very quiet. They have friendly staff and they provide a shuttle service to and from the airport. The shuttle driver was very nice, and friendly.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Someone from the front desk came up to provide assistance with the tv. We preferred no daily cleaning. Housekeeper still inquired if we need more clean towels, etc.

if indoor pool water was a little warmer, i would have took a dip. fitness room needed sanitizer wipes to clean after use of each machine.

Our room was huge, clean, and comfortable. Our cruise ship came to port that morning and I knew we couldn't check in until 4pm but the lady at the front desk let us know as soon as our room was clean and let us check in a little early. All the employees we encountered were very friendly. They even provided a shuttle to the airport for us.

Nothing. Everything was outstanding.

The staff was incredibly professional and kind. Check in and Check out were easy and efficient. The location so close to multiple freeways was ideal.

It was really hot when we stayed - and the air conditioning seemed to struggle to keep the room cool. I had to ask for maid service to empty our trash and refresh our towels - which was done, but our beds were not made when we returned to the room. Additionally, the COVID breakfast process was not explained to us - so were did not eat breakfast during our stay - which was one of the attractions of the hotel.

Layout of the room was great. Quiet, even though right next to airport. Breakfast was good one day. Staff-all of them.

Shower curtain, shower head to high to reach. Chair at desk-back friction lock did not work. Chair should be replaced. NO COMFORTABLE CHAIR IN ROOM. THIS IS IMPORTANT TO A BUSINESS TRAVELER IN ADDITION TO A WORKING ADJUSTABLE (height, back) OFFICE CHAIR AT DESK!!!!!!

The staff was very welcoming and accomodating. I was able to swap out my dirty linens without an issue. The room was spacious and clean and good for two adults and two young children. A hot breakfast buffet and cold items were available with a variety of offerings, which I was happy about.

The room had some minimal damage, the siding on the dividing wall fell off when we touched it. There were wood chippings near the entertainment system due to some previous damage, which I had to clean up so my son would not eat them.

Everything was wonderful! We actually walked in to get a room here due to our room down the street not being what it was supposed to be! The staff was great! Everything was super clean, nice and just a great atmosphere! The staff is super nice and helpful! Very professional! The breakfast is great! I highly recommend this hotel!!! If we ever go back to VA Beach we will be staying here!!!!!

Everything was Great!!!! But there could be more than one elevator and the Breakfast hours a little longer.
