Sleep Inn Lake Wright

I enjoyed my stay there, I am a manager for Marriott’s international and I only stayed to get away from my Marriotts which was the first time I stayed outside of my hotels. I actually enjoyed my room and the breakfast was awesome. Egg was hot, Bria greeted as I walked in and the front desk agent was very polite something I could have on my team. I am also very picky and I know what it takes to be professional and run a business. Those two ladies was great.

Rooms are small, but appreciated.

The property was ok for the value, it was clean for the most part, and quite for most of our stay. Until the night before a lot of kids was loud running the hallway. We was there for a basketball tournament and it was a lot of different teams staying there us being one. The breakfast was good. The pool was great considering it was indoors and it stormed a little during our stay.

The Caucasian security officer was very rude, people who had their doors cracked he was just opening their doors looking in without knocking. I felt that was weird and unprofessional.

Convenient to everything! The Norfolk outlets are behind Sleep Inn Lake Wright. The property has a nice indoor pool which the kids enjoyed. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and as pictured on the website. Housekeeping was very nice. Includes hot breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, cold cereals, pastries, make your own waffles, coffee, juice.

I reserved 3 rooms for my family. I don’t like the fact they take half the room rate off your credit card before you get to the property. when checking in, you still must pay the whole room rate. I have to wait to have my money refunded which tied up my bank account. And it’s a holiday.

closeness to the mall, interstate, restaurants. room was comfortable. Young lady who checked me in on Wednesday night and out on Sunday morning was wonderful, sorry i didn't catch her name. solved my problem when the computer had me down as a no show. overall, my stay was good

someone waking me up on Friday night saying that they had paid for this room and that i was in it when i had clearly booked several days. Went to service desk to get my key rekeyed and was told that i was a no show and my room almost given away on Saturday after coming in from work .

I like that it was clean and the staff was very friendly.

I didn't like that they are low staff when you need something it's hard to get . there was a metal sticking out of the bed I hit my ankle it was swollen all night .I had to put ice on it so did my fiance we reported it to the front desk so that no one else get hurt we are I'm fine.. The young lady at the front desk says she's going to report it to maintenance..

police raiding rooms and keeping people awake throughout the night and didn't think that was fair to have to listen to All night especially when we abide by the law and she didn't have to put up with that

Location was great! In the heart of the outlet stores as well as 30 minutes from Virginia Beach My sister in law and I surprised our oldest granddaughter for her 12th birthday She was at Virginia Beach for the weekend Our daughter also works at a furniture store 3 minutes away from the hotel So it was a perfect place to stay overnight and be able to visit family and shop too! Our room door was semi broken at the door jam Upon arrival but we made note of it and it did not affect our stay Although we made reservations online we still had to wait over two hours before getting our keys The line inside to wait to check in was over 30 guest ahead of us The staff was courteous and that helped the situation Breakfast was great Quick hot meal and very clean area to eat in I would definitely stay at this location again!

Location was perfect On a warm day you can walk to the outlets!

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay! The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and cozy. We loved the complimentary breakfast and all of the staff were wonderful! Great experience at the pool as well, we will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The temperature of the pool was really Nice The biscuits were really good

The shower door handled was loose and I almost fell coming out of the shower. breakfast didn't have any big plates to put food on. The cleanliness of the eating area was not kept up

The property was good for the price. Loved the rep. who checked us in she was so adorable. The pool gets cleaned DAILY between 4pm-6pm and it stayed open late until 10pm. You could hear if people were being loud in the hallway but NOT in your room so that is a biiiiggggg plus! Free breakfast and coffee available every morning. Vending machine's available. Overall it was a good stay we enjoyed ourselves. The staff was amazing very welcoming and helping.

We made a reservation for a king room but when we got there the room was double full beds so it was kind of a tight space for my fiancé and I. The bathroom was really small and the bathroom door was broken!
