The breakfast was far better than expected. The beds were very comfortable and it was clean. Reasonably priced, comfortable, but not luxury. King suites are a very good size

Nothing stood out except for the musty wet sock smell characteristic of some shore properties.

I thought, for the price, it was above par. By a lot. Tiny things I found bothersome weren't even things that could likely be helped by the staff. Humidity in the hallways...solved in the rooms with the A/C. Loved how quick the staff were to clean messes in the public areas. I have a sensitive nose and I could honestly detect no odors inside the hotel itself. And I loved how close it was to the beach without the price tag of being close to the beach. I did stay "off season" though so keep that in mind!

I did think the lighting could have been better in the room but that would never keep me from staying there again. And the smell of THC/CBD that occasionally lingered behind some of the guests was POTENT for me. But it was also that way outside. Was like walking through clouds of that smell every 6 steps. Thankfully for my stay it was windy.

location is great. room was clean, bed was super comfortable. the women running the breakfast area were great. they deserve a raise!!!!!

staff fought with each other in front of guests, at one point check in area was so heavily cleaned with bleach people trying to check in had to step outside because it was hard to breath. upon checking in the desk area was empty before staff walked into start their shift. they asked if anyone had helped us and I told them we hadn’t seen anyone since we’d been waiting. we assume the staff on the shift beforehand left before waiting for 2nd shift staff to arrive.

The location was great, the rooms were phenomenal, and we were able to park on site with no issues. We were able to walk to just about everything we wanted to see. The breakfast was decent with some hot and cold selections.

There could have been a better seating area for the breakfast area because there were times that we were standing for 5-10min waiting for a big enough space for our family to sit. The last hour of the breakfast service was also limited on what was left due to a lot of things running out. Breakfast was offered 6-10am, we went at 9am and were not able to get any orange juice or breakfast pastries.

The room was great! the location is good

The breakfast could be better, I know it is complementary but with different options and some fruits it could make a better experience. What is the Tourism industry that expectation and experiences!

it was clean and convenient

Sarah… not a very personable first impression. She was rolling her eyes and watching TikTok. She told us she would call us when our room was ready and failed to do so. When I inquired about an early check in I was told to call and check. When I did so Sarah was nasty and rude. When we personally went there she told us she would let us know when it was ready. We had to call and check and eas told that room had been ready for over an hour. we had a long drive and just wanted to relax before my granddaughter had cheer practice. Yash was great and so was Sela.

It was close to everything and well maintained cleanliness. Most of the staff were excellent, friendly and willing to answer our questions.

It didn’t flow. Too much in and out of the heat to get from one area to the next. Then the main door was still locked at 6am from the rooms to the front desk. The woman at the counter was a bit unpleasant at 6am and yelled to us to use our key card, for which the pad wasn’t easily identified and somewhat hidden to the left of the door, rather than get up and assist these two elderly folks.

Breakfast was good, would have liked to have some fruits, more choices of cereal for children. Individual milk (instead of pouring it from a milk jug. The location was good, close to beach (Funk Fest) Staff was super friendly and helpful. Front desk attendees were really nice and helpful. Rooms, hallways, smell really clean. Housekeepers were always cleaning and mopping. Really appreciated the overall remodeling of the hotel. Rooms were big. Beds were comfortable. Hot water in bathroom. A/C really nice. Nice size plasma TV. Comfortable sofa bed. Nice soft towels.

More than 1 elevator would have been better. Saw long lines for check-ins. I was given a remodeling room unfinished at my checkin,, but Front desk manager correct the mistake really fast, She was very apologetic!

When we arrived our rooms were not ready. The front desk gal, was so sweet and said she would have them ready in 30 minutes. My family and I took this as extra beach time. She called not but 15 mins later and said the rooms were ready! When getting into the rooms they were clean and comfortable. Beds soft and water pressure in shower was perfect after a long car ride. Breakfast was delicious. Lot of variety and all clean and well presented. Every staff member was friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The facility also felt very safe. My family and I will be staying again!

Stayed here for four nights with my husband. After touring the US and many old and rather run down hotels, this was the first one which we really loved. It has been renovated 6 months ago, we were told by one of the ladies at the front desk. (who all were really friendly - I don't know what Friedel must have done to get them to be unfriendly). The rooms are huge and clean, beds are comfy and there's a smart TV. One night we had a noise complaint, bc our TV was a bit too loud - there are always two rooms separated by one door, maybe it would be nice to dam them sometime. The next day we asked if we could get another room without a door in between, we got one where the next room wasn't occupied, bc we tend to be awake rather long and didn't want to disturb anyone. Very nice of them. Breakfast is included, but it's a sweet one, my husband was missing eggs or something. But we have to add that we're German, so the habits are just a bit different. It would be cool if there was a possibility to purchase tide pods from the hotel to use the guest laundry, so you don't have to buy big packages which you can't take on the plane afterwards etc. Thank you for the awesome stay, we really enjoyed it!
