Oceans 2700

This is our second time staying here and we love the location, just have to cross the street and you’re at the beach. The price is EXTREMELY affordable compared to other hotels near by. The front staff were extremely nice and helpful. You can do early check in for a small fee. The beds are very comfortable. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in rooms. We also like how it is close to fun areas like arcades and the carnival. There’s a small pool. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will book again.

Parking can be a hassle if you have more than one car. The pool needs more cleaning and we would have liked for it to open earlier than 11am.

We have stayed here the past four visits and the location is perfect for the short walk to the beach and other boardwalk attractions. They have made some really nice improvements to the rooms but kept the modernization within reason so as to not over inflate the cost of the room. If you want ultra luxury, are accustomed to highfalutin living, and even want to pay the ridiculous amount for that, then this isn’t the place for you. Yes, it’s an older property, but we only need to have a nice place to lay our head at night. We keep coming back to this hotel because of the staff. “Pops” is always there, greets you daily, will take care of you the best he can, and the staff is just as friendly. We also like the simplistic pool area because it is good enough to cool off in after a hot day at the beach and offers plenty of lounge chairs. Thank you Oceans 2700, we’ll see you next year!!

The owner and staff were super friendly. Treated all of us like family. Neat, organized remodeled rooms. Smelled clean and fresh. The pool was big and available to our needs.

We booked a hotel on the water, oceanfront. However, Booking.com gave Us this hotel. We had to walk to beach. It was my daughter's 20th birthday, her gift was this trip. IT WAS A LET DOWN FOR HER. We paid for a hotel on beach for just her so she would be happy. I think the problem was we wanted 3 rooms together. Booking.com needs to fix this error. We stated oceanfront, we did not get it, and because we trusted Booking.com we didn't get what we wanted. The trip cost more money because I promised my daughter oceanfront. I will no longer use Booking.com or tell anyone to use the site. It basically made a fun birthday into a nightmare for Us.

Beds were very comfortable. The bathroom sink was in the shape of a seashell - too cute!! I got a quiet filled day both days of my stay.

I couldn't get the flat screen TV to come on. Wanted a tub bath, but only the shower worked. A centipede was crawling in the tub not too long after I got out! No coffee filters for the pot. Refrigerator wasn't cold.

The staff was awesome. Very accommodating and it was obvious they took pride in their facility.

Honestly nothing that was within control of the facility or the staff. I was rather pleased with my stay and will stay there in the future. Highly recommended.

Front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating! Also the mattress was super comfy and the King room was very spacious. The outside gives the wrong impression. Also there is a 7-11 and a Subway on each side! Oh yeah don't be alarmed that the TV is ON when you get to your room. They are all left on lol

The sink was clogged and would poor from the back of it on the floor, we put a task can under it when we noticed what was happening..

I loved the bathroom light on the mirror and the outlets that have USB Port on the Electrical Outlet. The AC was outstanding.

The sink noise was very loud when you turned it on and the shower curtain had stains on it.

Staff is great and so is the room. While it's is not a resort it is an exceptional value. It's my in town getaway and a go to when life happens. The majority of local properties at this price point are dirty, rowdy, bug and drug infested. The property has subtle, unobtrusive security on deck 24/7. You probably won't notice it, and you shouldn't have to. Very nice little home away from home. Picture - a pretty fall day sitting in front of my room.
