Everything was wonderful, didn't get a chance to explore everything the we had hoped because it was a short stay for us. Room was beautiful as well as comfortable. Great bang for your buck. Really family oriented place although we don't have any kids. Plenty of activities for kids as well as game room and basketball court etc.. You will want to come back feels alot like home!!!!

The suites were exceptionally clean, spacious, well-stocked (kitchen, bathroom necessities etc), modern and comfortable. We only did an overnight stay but the price was reasonable for all that was offered. The outdoor pool was closed (seasonal) but we did utilize the indoor salt pool, which was fun. We didn't have time to participate in any of the scheduled club activities but we did receive a well organized itinerary with their daily events and some of the activities looked really fun and family-oriented.

We (2 adults and 2 late teens kids) stayed in a two bedroom apartment for two nights and it was really lovely. It has absolutely everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. Lovely decor. We got a call on morning two to know if all the as going well. Nice touch!!

Nothing! It was a little bit of a drive from town but we knew that booking it. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the amenities and the place was close to Colonial Williamsburg. Very clean and tidy.

We weren't told about the towel policy or check out procedures. I had to ask. When all our towels were dirty I was told we'd be charged a fee to swap out dirty towels for clean ones. Would have been nice to know before that point that we were expected to wash our own towels.

Had an issue with bed bugs first night.

We liked the cleaniness of the hotel and the amenities.Thebstaff was very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like having to wash our own towels I thought housekeeping would bring more but ov erall the stay was great. I didnt like the westhrr whilebwe. Was there.

We were there for 4 nights with our 2 young kids. Staff was Friendly, room was clean,and very well sized(standard room). The only thing I would say that could use improvement, but it's definitely not anything that would keep us from returning to this resort, is that the cafe which also was the place if you want to go bowling or mini golfing seemed to be understaffed when we went. The employee was super friendly and didn't seem overwhelmed whatsoever, but I think she definitely could have used some extra help.

The second time we stayed at this location we got the 2 bedroom apartment the master bedroom and bathroom were amazing! The shower omg probably my favorite part

excellent stay for the hole family. Only negative is I wish they would allow pets my four legged daughter misses us like crazy and it's super hard for us to find a dog sitter

The location was great. And our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. I liked having things like ping pong and pools for the kids.

The indoor pool could have been cleaner. Looked like someone dumped sand in it. But the other pools were clean and enjoyable.
