Days Inn by Wyndham Wytheville

Breakfast was great. We checked in late at night because we were traveling. We got up early the next day to leave. So we did not spend mich time here. But the room seemed to be very clean. The staff were very friendly during check in and out. We had a room on the end and on the ground floor so it was easy to get to and from.

The drain in the bathtub was broke and would not stay open for our showers. Plus there were used bandaids and other debris in the drain. The bathroom was super tiny. You almost hit the toilet when opening the door.

Warmly welcomed to a clean and comfortable room with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toiletries, TV and hairdryer. Restaurants nearby and breakfast bar that includes eggs(hard boiled), bagels/muffins, cereal, yogurt, a new style pancake maker, and beverages which includes juice. It has been nicely updated. Would stay again. Good value for short a stay.

The heat/AC worked well, but had a musty odor. I usually check the filters at hotels because they can spred illnesses if not properly cleaned. I was unable to do so.

Location, price were excellent. Beds were decent comfy. Only decaffeinated coffee in the room was bit of a bummer but no big deal. Hardboiled eggs, pancakes and coffee standard for breakfast included. Overall great for 1 night stay.

The carpets were super deodorized, might be a potential issue for someone with scent sensitivities. Carpets not super clean in corners, if ur fanatic re clean rooms. No elevators, 3 floor structure. But very good for us overall, would stay again.

Room was large and clean. My room faced the interstate but noise level was not a factor. Very quiet and restful stay. Staff was cordial. Morning desk clerk, RONNIE, was very polite and had breakfast ready even though I checked out before 6 am. Good choice of breakfast items. 5 stars from me.

Concerned because no elevator and my room was on 2nd floor. Room felt damp when I first arrived but turned AC/HEAT on and damp feeling soon went away.

Continental breakfast was great. Beds & pillows were comfortable. There is now a shipping store in area for forgotten items but they do request that you double check your room! Plenty of Good restaurants in area, Asian cuisine my fav!!

No inside hallway doors as recommended by single safe traveler guide. Though it was evident there have been homeless/hobos stopping in area, it well monitored. Someone always onsite answering the call if needed.

+ good reception experience + clean room with comfy beds + good breakfast with coffee/tea/juice/milk, cereals, bagels, muffins, fresh pancakes, fruits, various sweet spreads, boiled eggs, instant oatmeal + very good value for money

- 1st non-smoker room we came into, smelled like a smoker room -> but we got a different one the was better straight away - if room is located towards the interstate it's much louder than otherwise

Love the staff and Dottie the manager—they are all warm and welcoming, They handled our special room request and even had the heat on to make sure room was warm when we arrived late. Breakfast was perfect with healthy and tasty choices like fresh bananas, yogurt & hard boiled eggs. Breakfast room has a microwave, pancake machine and toaster, so we also enjoyed pancakes & bagels. Although hotel is just off highway, our room was very quiet and heater/fan unit worked well. There were also convenient grassy areas for our dog and even bags provided in the designated dog walk area. Everyone was so nice about us bringing ou furry family member for a small extra charge. Way beyond our minimum standard of clean, quiet and safe, this hotel offers great value and an enjoyable stay, with microwave and frig that really work!

Rooms are older so our initial impression was not as positive, until we realized everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

When we arrived all our documents were available, right there. They prepare everything early so no waiting at all. Check in took 3 minutes and the lovely lady was pleasant, knowledgeable and quick. Years and years of work traveling...this was so efficient. We had driven 8 hours by this time so were thrilled with the service.

We just stayed overnight so no issues.

I had dropped my car keys inside the car when registering and couldn't easily find them. My car was loaded with stuff and I was very tired. I asked the Desk Clerk if I could just leave the car parked in full view of their desk as I was too tired to dig around and find the keys before going to sleep. I knew it would be safe from being stolen if she watched it. She agreed, thankfully, and I was able to locate them in the light of day. She went the EXTRA MILE to add to my peace of mind and comfort. This is the kind of help a woman traveling alone can really appreciate. She also gave me a room where I could see my car from the window so I would be reassured as to its safety. VERY THOUGHTFUL!

convenient, clean, friendly staff, wi-fi, easy check in and check out. will be booking here again in october

there was a red substance in the fridge and when checking the mattress and bed i found red stains on the mattress and the mattress looked like it had been flipped to hide it. also there were nats coming out of the shower drain.
