Everything about this hotel was a 10++ Location was perfect as it is half way home for us and we try to spend only one night. The suite was exceptional! Large, clean and quiet! Bed was very comfortable with the squishiest pillows. The included breakfast was fantastic; eggs, sausage and real home fries. fresh bagels or toast, muffins and a vat of grits. they also had waffle makers with fresh batter and all the fixings. Multiple carafes of coffee! The staff were friendly and helpful. Just a win win on this hotel. We could not of been happier.

Hillsville is a beautiful area. The Hampton Inn is located just off the interstate near restaurants and gas stations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. I liked that it was just as convenient to enter the hotel from the rear entrance as well as the front entrance. We will definitely stay there again.
We enjoyed our stay and didn't encounter anything we didn't like. We arrived late in the evening and headed out the next morning and enjoyed their continental breakfast.

Loved the newly remodeled room and cleanliness of the room and bathroom and hotel in general. Took my requests into consideration with room away from stairs and elevator and ice machines.
Breakfast was inconsistent...potatoes great! Sausage horrible. Fake butter and creamer...other Hampton had the real deal. Under staffer for a sold out hotel for breakfast. At 9am most things missing and not being replenished which was not okay when still an hour left of service. Staff not very friendly.

This hotel was hands down the most cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in and I’ve been in a lot! This was a planned halfway stop for our family. Check in took less then 2 minutes and was super easy. The room was great and when I say clean I mean too notch clean like cracks & crevices. I’m a clean fanatic and I was surprisingly impressed!!!

The location was great.Right off of I 77. It was a good overnight stop from Cleveland to HHI.The breakfast was terrific.A lot of choices .Hot food served.Rooms were spotless.Very happy with stay.
You could hear hallway noise.Doors weren’t well sealed to keep out noise.It wasn’t a big problem because hotel was relatively quiet.

Booking .com made this reservation for me. I picked and paid for a king SUITE with spa I got a king bed...no suite no spa. I will not book through booking.com again. The hotel stated specifically that Booking.com chose the king bed regular room; not the hotel. The hotel needs to expand breakfast hours or give an option for a to go breakfast for people who arrive very late and have a late checkout.. PARKING ISSUES!! NOT ONE SPACE AVAILABLE WHEN I ARRIVED.

The entire facility that I encountered was quite clean. Nice indoor pool and jacuzzi/hot tub.
Purchased this room over others based on amenities. Room didn't match reservation. Spa tub in confirmation but just regular tub. Was told it was our misunderstanding when inquiring. I did use an app so a discrepancy could be the fault of booking.com but I doubt it. Bed was uncomfortable. Wifi okay, but not for streaming
