Best Western Plus Bellingham0

While visiting Bellingham, I stayed in three hotels, Best Western Plus was the best so far for the money value , Internet connection, and having a beautiful work space as well. I really like that we have a coffee machine to be used 24/7 in the lobby with amazing options. Having the printer in the lobby as well is a plus Staff are really amazing and welcoming. Breakfast as well is good. I really liked my stay here , and if I visit Bellingham again, this will be my place to go and stay

All was good

First off - the lemon cookies and an invitation to have some! The front desk staff was wonderful - they opened a bottle of wine for us - we couldn't get the cork out! Next, the heated pool - just what we needed to relax at the end of the day. The beds were excellent. The breakfast was the best we've ever had at a hotel - love the machine with coffees, hot chocolate, vanilla latte, etc. Wished we could have stayed longer and hope to come back!

only one little complaint - the standing lamp was too bright to turn off if someone is sleeping.

When we arrived and departed, the check in, check out process was simple and quick. Every staff person seemed genuinely kind and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with a hot shower. We appreciate the full size shampoo, conditioner and lotion in the bathroom. Other toiletries are available by request which I appreciate because it provides for more counter space.

We had to ask a couple times to have sheets sent to room for the hide a bed. There was a comforter, but no sheets in the bag. Not a huge issue, but there's no fan in the bathroom.

During our 5-day stay at the Best Western Plus, the entire staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. They helped each other (and us) out and took care of whatever needed to be done. The breakfast offerings were amazing ... I cannot think of anything they did not have, plus my picky husband thought the coffee was delicious! The staff who cooked and served breakfast was awesome ... so helpful and cheerful. The front desk lady even took us to the bus station in their airport shuttle. The fitness center was perfect and always nice and cool.

The only thing that wasn't convenient was the location. We were without transportation so had few options for food.

The price was fair and the location was just off the freeway. The staff were all very nice. The front desk gave us complimentary waters each evening, and that was great. The free breakfast was one of the best we have had at hotels. It is not the newest, largest, or fanciest hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. We'd return.

The bathrooms don't have fans. The room is rather small so the room got hot and humid after we took showers. I'm not sure why we haven't returned to daily housekeeping services yet, but I don't think we should have to ask for it. It should be part of your stay. But we did have to ask and they were very accommodating.

Great covid accommodations. We felt very safe staying at this facility. Room is very well maintained and updated. Breakfast was thoughtful and substantial.

Super clean and very comfortable rooms. Can tell it’s well maintained. Only thing we noticed was they knew we had a golden retriever with us but put us on the top level floor with a dog and he was scared of the elevator & too many flights of stairs to keep taking him up and down for potty breaks. so we had to carry him onto the elevator each time. I’m sure if we spoke up they may have switched rooms for us but alot happened that day with timing and we just wanted to get our room! We stayed here for a dirtbike race and decided to drive our old Moto-van and it had some troubles on the way making us ready to just get some rest. They were very friendly staff overall!

Great overall. Quiet room for sleeping. Food wonderful. Staff just awesome.

Window shade let more light in than we are accustomed…no way for us to darken the morning light coming in. And the bed mattress was tired…noticed we were aware of “valleys” from many previous users.

The hotel was very accommodating when we wanted a shuttle from the airport to the amtrak station after we checked out. Breakfast selection was good as well.

The location suits people needing a rest on the I-5. It’s not the best location for exploring Bellingham and the scenery in the area.

The staff were so helpful! The breakfast was fantastic!! So many options and was nice to have it included. Eggs, bacon, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, tea and much more. It was fantastic!

The room had some stains on the carpet. Probably due to being pet friendly. The water pressure wasn't great in the shower.
