Quality Inn Grand Suites Bellingham

The front desk employees both the manager, clerk, and owner were exceptionally helpful, and attentive when Bookings.com failed to give the hotel my payment that had been paid in full per their site, an hour earlier. The front desk crew where impeccably amazing.

Like most of the motels in Bellingham, cleanliness in the rooms is rather lacking. Both rooms that I have stayed in, you could tell it was rushed. The room could also use some TLC, some water damage in the bathroom, dirty syringe caps in the A/C unit, smelled like someone smoked cigarettes heavily in the room.

The room was above what we had expected. We had some issues with the first room and were moved to another room for the second night. The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful. The 'take to your room' breakfast was quite good considering the Covid restrictions in place.

The damage deposit was (for non U.S. residents) inconvenient as the debit and credit on our cards are processed at different exchange rates and we lose money there. There seemed to be a lot of R.V. 'camping' around the properties and their equipment blocking sidewalks etc.

The location was great. The staff was friendly and nice. The room was bigger than expected. The sack breakfast was pretty good and still warm when they serve it up to you. I would stay again.

It’s a little dated and the king size bed was too hard for my liking. The homeless community that was living in their vehicles on the curb were a little loud at night but really were never an issue and the last week of my month long stay they all left.

Complimentary to-go breakfast was a plus. The jet-tub in the King Suite was big, clean and powerful! Very large room at an affordable price. Still can't believe I got such a large room for only $70. Bedding was clean.

The couch in the room was stained and dirty, so we couldn't sit on it. I could not get the internet to work either. Pool and hot tub was closed due to COVID...would love to see that open back up again soon. The location was fine, next to a busy street, but not too loud.

Kind reception, very quick. We had an option to stay on 2nd or 3rd floor, so we opted for the 3rd floor (as to avoid guests above us). Really clean considering the age of the hotel, it’s within walking distance of Olive Garden and perched just a few hundred yards from the Guide Meridian (the central road running through Bellingham). We easily pay twice as much for the same room in Seattle. We will definitely be back!

Our preferred hotel when staying in Bellingham. The building itself seems rather old; the carpets are due for updating (carry that old, musty smell). Aside from that, our room was exceptionally clean, staff were friendly. Will stay again

Great location just off I 5 with decent parking if you are driving. And a 15$ cab ride from the airport. Nice and quiet. Close to food outlets and Starbucks. Pet friendly with nice green space around the property

Whirlpool tub was amazing. Bed was super comfortable. They still have hot continental breakfast.

Lack of activities. Other hotels have had speakers and similar items for check out. The only other problem is location. There were people yelling outside at 3am.

Beds were great! People were awesome!

When I was trying to make the reservations I couldn't connect with anyone to ensure a handicap room was available for handicap husband. There was nothing on the reservation site to request handicap services. The toilet was too low for my husband. He couldn't get a shower. He is wheelchair confined.

The staff was friendly, the location was great!

The property was a little run down. In our room, wall paper was hanging off the wall. It was clean enough, it just needs more attention.
