Wish we had known that the hot tub was not working

The bed was extremely comfortable. My husband and I rarely find a bed we both like, but this one was great! We were very pleased that there was air conditioning! We were also happy that they had reservations available during the busy season and that it was fairly affordable. The breakfast was decent, and the staff worked very hard to keep up with the crowds. I appreciated that they had a pool and hot tub and that there was even a lift for disabled people next to the pool. I thought it was great that they had pet friendly rooms and others where pets were not allowed. The location was great for us, right next to the freeway so we could visit relatives nearby in Bellingham and Ferndale.

The room was mostly clean but could use a little deep cleaning around the edges. The air conditioner was very loud. The staff seemed a little burned out, but they did their jobs, even if they didn't smile much. It would be nice if they offered a few vegan options at breakfast and non-dairy milk options, such as soy milk, but it will take time for all of the places to catch on to that.

Breakfast was good and the room was quiet and clean. Internet service was great and there is a nice pool and hot tub. Above all the staff goes over and beyond to be helpful and courteous. We had a few issues with Booking.com and the front desk manager was extremely helpful to try and help us resolve the matter. I booked a room for my sister in addition to our room, and we all felt that the Morning Glory gave a lot of value for the price paid. All of us would return.

Receptionist at 1:30 in the morning was very kind, and she ended up calling her manager because when I booked the hotel reservation at 1 o'clock in the morning it didn't show up till I was able to check-in at 2 PM that day. This is something that Booking needs to fix. Super clean room

It was late and I really should have paid more attention. I am not sure if there is one, but would like to see a Within an Hour feature on the app. I will check next time.

Easy check-in, friendly staff, good Wi-Fi, fridge & microwave, good shower, outside elevator, king bed, plenty of parking, rock landscaping, decent breakfast, (esp. the waffle maker).

Bed was a bit firm for our taste. For breakfast would've liked a low-sugar cereal option (fruit loops and frosted flakes were the only choices). Suggest for example: cheerios, corn flakes, Chex, shredded wheat.

The room was comfortable. The check-in was friendly, as was the check-out. I had a room at the back of the property, so no view but also much quieter as it was away from the traffic. There was a breakfast, more than I was expecting. They seem like they're running a good property here. I also appreciated that there's a bus stop right outside that gets you downtown for a dollar.

The staff were very friendly. Our room was basic but modern, comfortable bed and very sound proof. The hot tub was very nice. I also appreciated they had a fridge with freezer in the room.

The only thing was the breakfast. It is only till 9 am and the scrambled Eggs were not replaced, empty when there at 8:30 am. Also apple juice was empty too

All in all a good economy stay. Breakfast was good, they had a waffle maker and good coffee. It was snowing and the staff was very accommodating and kind. The maintenance guy scraped ice off my windows before my 100 mile trip home. The front desk guy gave me some apples from the back for my daughter around 8pm when we she needed a healthy snack. The roads were treacherous, so we really needed those apples! Walking paths were shoveled, they really did their best to take care everyone and the property.

The bed sheets seemed clean, I always check. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, the shower was rusty, the light switches, and phone need a deep clean or replacement. I know I need to not pick the cheapest room on booking.com but a little TLC could go a long way on this place. Great location, great staff! There was also a lot of activity in the back parking lot at night. A little courtesy patrol could help with that. A gentleman on a bike approached my car until he saw my young child in the car. He must have thought I was someone else. I live in Seattle so it wasn’t shocking but don’t let the transients take over at night.

Check-in quick and easy, room clean, bed comfortable, heard no noise from other travellers, shower was good with lots of pressure ( I like the curved curtain rod for more elbow room)

Small thing but I don't like powdered creamer with my coffee, we could hear an ice machine I think when we first arrived but I did not notice it that night.
