Location is amazing, the beds were comfy, it was relatively quiet during the week given the area, the staff were helpful and nice.

The wifi was not great in my room, the breakfast was sometimes put away early or there weren't any pastries available. Very sporadic but it was nice that there was always an oat milk option.

Great location for walking around Seattle. Perfectly situated to explore Pike, downtown, piers, even Capitol Hill. Neighborhood overall felt very safe as well. Room was very clean as were the bathrooms. Was happily surprised at the abundance of bathrooms/showers available and never felt worried that I would have to wait for a facility.

Honestly, this stay was great overall with very few critiques. The breakfast was good but light (perfect for me but I can imagine others expecting more). As long as you are okay with leaving your room for a bathroom I'd definitely recommend this hotel!

We were welcomed by super nice staff. The hotel is very clean the room we stayed in together with the shared bathrooms and toilets were always available and in a great condition to be used. Breakfast has the best granola I have ever tried. And the location of the hotel is just perfect for anything you can think of; space needle, vibrant streets for dinners and going out, piers and waterviews and so much more. Loved it and would gladly stay again!!

We had room facing street, which we loved. It got quite busy and rowdy on saturday night, so if that bothers you, use the earplugs provided by the hotel :)

Location, staff and cleanliness were all great! Value for the money is outstanding. The view from the room was amazing, very pleased!

Only a couple of shortfalls with the room. No nightstands next to the bed, and the one thing they stacked the bed lamp and radio on was jammed between the bed and the outlet, making the access to to only outlet near the bed impossible. The other design flaw is the open barn style door they used for the bathroom. It is wide open at the bottom so every sound from within can be heard everywhere. We could hear a spider fart.

The hotel has an interesting concept of what looks to have been a converted former office building where each office was converted into a private room. It was a short walk to Pike Place Market and there's a convenience store across the street open late. The shower water pressure was good and there was plenty of hot water for those damp chilly evenings.

There was a garbage truck that would arrive approximately 5am on the days that I stayed. The hydraulics, engine, and banging of the dumpster woke me up each day. There's also what appears to be a club across the street which can be a bit noisy until 1-2am if you're a light sleeper.

The service here was amazing. We were having the worst day after an 18 hour flight and getting stuck on the road for 5 hours. The guy at the counter was so understanding about our slightly late check in and even gave us a free room upgrade just to make our day a little better. We couldn't be more grateful. Only wish that we got his name to thank him personally! The room itself was great: huge bathroom, hot showers, a really comfortable bed and nice little view of the sea. There was also a simple complimentary breakfast in the morning with pastries, eggs and coffee. Location was right in the middle of downtown with lots of restaurants around and just a short walk from Pike Place. Unfortunately, we were only here for a night but would definitely come back if we're ever in the area again.

It was a little noisy at night due to it being the weekend and all the bars around, but it stopped around 2am, which was fine for us. Parking was slightly tough on the weekend, but we managed to get a spot 2 streets down.

Shared bathroom was very clean and well organized, didn't mean any problem at all. Room was noisy, but they provided earplugs Staff was nice and helpful. Good quality food for breakfast.

Very noisy room. Bed was a bit small for two, but comfortable. We arrived late for breakfast, so only one croissant was left. They provided delicious cheese and boiled eggs, but nothing to eat with (e.g. bread) - except chocolate croissant and granola with yoghurt.

The hotel is central located, many attractions are in walking distace and there are many pubs and resturants neraby. The private room altough a bit small is really nice. They waited me in order to do late caheck in. at around 12:50am.

Although they specify during your check-in and in the brochure they give to you that breakfest is served from 7am, in fact, on two mornings from the total three I had, the stuff brought the pastries just around 07:15am-07:20am. It's a bit problamtic if you are taking organized tours that usually pick you at 07:30am from the hotel. In addition, the AC in the room is a mobile one on the floor and not a regular A.C. It makes more noise than regular A.C. Moreover, there isn't a mini fridge in the room for those who need one. Also, the area sourunds the hotel is very busy and noisy during weekends and the windows are not so noise-proof.

The room with private bathroom was very clean and had such a cool vibe to it.. The hotel itself is a whole vibe we loved it. The staff is friendly and fun! Its next door to Madam Lous which is where we were going for a concert. Super convenient for us. Also the bakery across the street is phenomenal!! 10 out of 10!! We will be back!

Parking.. But parking anywhere in seattle is tricky.. Once you get it down it's a breeze!

Was moved to a larger room which is always a nice perk. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The "shared washrooms" is a row of 5 or so large individual washrooms, all kept clean with fun smooth jazz playing. Didn't even feel shared aside from having to walk down the hall to them. The room still had a sink in it too. Lots of extra towels in the washrooms, and hair driers in the rooms. The communal kitchen area was quite nice too, along with the small spread for breakfast. Everything had a great vibe to it! Some good food nearby too!

It is an older building, but not a dirty old building. There was a fan and some sort of small air conditioner unit, but we just left the window open and the temperature was fine. This did result in a lot of noise from the street, it's a bit of a noisier area. Only stairs up to the hotel and then down to the kitchen area. If you're ok with that it's not a problem. The breakfast was mostly buns/strudel/ect which I couldn't eat and only 3 sad looking apples. The selection is fine if you don't have any dietary restrictions though.
