Homewood Suites by Hilton Seattle Downtown

The bay room suite had excellent views, floor to ceiling windows. Spacious living area and kitchen. Bathroom was large and beds comfortable. Our suite was right next to the elevator which was convenient. Was surprised it was so quiet given the suite location. Also appreciated the helpful staff and shuttle service to the pier.

Someone left the curtains open prior to our check in and the sun had heated up the room through the huge windows. Air conditioner was locked at set temp so we couldn't get the temp down. We were baking for quite some time. Also one elevator was out of order so very long waits and queue to get downstairs/upstairs 6 flights. Took stairs mostly.

I love the location. The breakfast staff was amazing so was the breakfast. Value for money with that being included.

The overall cleanliness. At over $300 a night I would have loved my room to be cleaned more than once for the 5 nights I was there. Every other day should be the maximum that the hotel should forgo room tidying. I’m disappointed in Hilton in that regards. Also the women restroom in the lobby was out of soap. No one refilled the dispenser until the soap ran out. Increase the frequency that your cleaning crew comes in

Our room was so quiet, it felt like we were the only guests in the building. Which we were not. Abundant hot water and very little wait time. And the breakfast was superb!

Really I felt the weather could have been better. Lots of rain. Of course I am fooling. I cannot think of anything we didn't like. That has not happened very often.

Layout of room was very functional. Everything was clean as new. Kitchen was spotless. Staff were friendly a courteous. Breakfast buffet was great.

There is a big problem with parking access to P2 and no warning about it. The ramp is too steep and I scrapped my regular height car most times on entry and exit. Not mild rasps but hearty crunks. When I tried to go slow to avoid the scrapping. the garage door came down on the hood of my car leaving a definite mark. I can't believe I am the only guest to have experienced the scrapping. There should be a warning sign. Someone's car is going to get badly damaged.

Although we were very early, reception made a room available for us - we got a teensy glimpse of the Port of Seattle. Staff is very friendly. The suites are spacious (the sitting area is windowless, so is the kitchen - the bedrooms have the windows) and super clean; there is a door between sitting area/kitchen and the bedroom - since there are 2 flat screens, you can close the door and watch different programs. There is a small convenience sore next to the reception desk; but just across the street, there is also a larger deli. Breakfast is nice with changing hot savory options, hot oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, and tea. The parking garage is quite narrow; there are also neighborhood parking lots. The vicinity to Queen Ann's lower center, Climate Pledge Arena, and Seattle Center as well as to the waterfront is simply wonderful.

On arrival, I was told I had booked two rooms instead of one; booking.com helped me sort this out (great customer service!!!) - it was a computer glitch of the hotel's. Cost me half an hour on the phone and my husband's good mood. The AC/heater is extremely loud. Knowing this and that the duvet is very thin, I brought a blanket from home. The Hotel directory is only available by scan - you are out of luck if you forgot or don't have your smart phone.

We booked a last minute trip to Seattle for Memorial Day and hoped to stay close to downtown. I’m so glad we stumbled upon this gem! The location was perfect. Free on-street parking, bus stop across the street, grocery and lots of food options within a few blocks. Easy access to all the fun stuff while still feeling safe and residential. The room was a great size and we loved that the bedroom closed off to the rest of the space (being able to section off sleeping areas while traveling with toddlers makes a world of a difference). What made our experience was the staff, especially the sweet breakfast ladies. We’ve stayed at a few hotels during COVID and this was by far the best breakfast experience we’ve had. Front desk staff was extremely attentive and helpful, too.

The TV had no streaming or casting capabilities and there was no “guide” option to check the cable channels. Even flipping through the channels, the descriptive text was incorrect — the TV would say one channel was “Disney Jr” when it was actually the History Channel, etc. Only a few channels were correctly labeled.

The staff was wonderful. The bed was super comfy and very little to no road noise. The room was very clean.

We didn't get our bay view room like we had booked, as they had oversold and they had to put us in a room on the first floor with a view of the road, however, we were on our honeymoon and they not only brought us a bottle of wine, gave us a very nice room to stay in, they cut the room price in half!! I love this hotel and their staff. It made our first night as husband and wife. Thank you so very much for the kindness.

The location is PERFECT. You're still in Seattle but haven't got the big city vibe. Queen anne/Uptown is a beautiful location, safeway and food shops just a couple of blocks north. 0.7 miles to the Space Needle which links you with all the public transport and monorail, to get there you walk up a slight incline takes around 15 mins. Climate Pledge Arena 2 blocks NE, Kerry Park 1 mile north (easily walkable), literally on the sculpture park door step and it's a 2 mile walk along the pier fronts to get to the wheel. Cant express how good this location is.

33 dollars a night for parking which is a heck of alot. Very hit and miss with staff... some will go out of their way to make your stay great, others don't even want to be there. Roomservice on request but as I was there 10 days it was done every 3 days. My thermostat was broken in my room and it was constantly pumping out 45 degree's, no other rooms available, so they gave me space heaters. Told 6 people and it took a while to get anything done. Day staff / Early shift are the best and most attentive.

Spacious, clean, large refrigerator with separate freezer, good selection for breakfast.

Parking structure would not fit my truck, the max clea was 6'8" and the shell on my truck bed is at 7" so that was a bummeand a little concerning. In the second room there was no coffee for the coffee pot but luckily there was downstairs at breakfast. I'm sure the staff would have brought some had we asked but we discovered it first thing in the morning and it was just a bit annoying. Breakfast was frustrating because so many people were creamed into a tiny space all trying to get food simultaneously. The staff could barely squeeze through to replenish food items.

Good Location, nice Big rooms.

The front desk guy needs a lesson in customer service. Didn’t like the cleaning cart left outside our room for almost 24 hrs
