Pan Pacific Seattle

Very nice hotel, cozy room, very comfortable bed, amazing bathroom with both shower and bath, TV, minibar with a good variety of drinks. Had a side view to Space Needle, view in general is pretty especially in the evening. Cozy lobby area with a fireplace and free drinks (tea/coffee in the morning and ice tea or water during the day). Restaurant on site, in room dining with very fast service. Gym and sauna included in the package. Location is perfect: 10 minutes on foot to Space Needle and 20 - to Pike Place Market. Whole Foods store is right down there as well. Parking available. Cleanness, friendly staff, all is there. Recommend!

Everything was really nice, no noise, no problems, no issues.

Room was great - spacious with super comfortable beds and luxe amenities. Complimentary prosecco in the lobby was a nice touch, and coffee with non dairy milk available in the lobby (it’s the little things) Staff were friendly with checkin texts pre- and post-arrival to ensure we had all we needed. Walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants, bars - we even walked to T-Mobile Stadium

Location was okay - a liiiiiiittle off the beaten path in a fairly sleepy area, but that could be a good thing depending on what you’re looking for. Service in the bar/lounge area was very very slow and knowledge of service staff left a bit to be desired. (Though they were pleasant!)

Really comfortable beds, friendly reception and bar staff (particular shout out to Brian and Caleb), free glass of Prosecco at happy hour 5-7 every day, good location, good sized room and big bathtub, nice views

We weren’t aware they were going to hold an extra $500 for accidentals The end bill was actually about $150 more than agreed on booking.com as they added a “nightly rate”

Staff very friendly and helpful, though clearly understaffed. Room quiet, clean, comfortable. Bed comfortable. Location great! Liked that housekeeping didn’t come in daily, but on request. Coffee service in lobby was a great amenity. Wine in the evening was a great amenity, getting people to sit in the lobby and the fireplace! The price provided a good value for what was provided.

Although very friendly and helpful to the best of their ability, staff was not well aware of the neighborhood. Meaning, could not provide meaningful suggestions as to options for morning coffee other than “there’s a lot of options around here!” Or…. Having arrived via plane after 10pm, could not suggest as to where to get a late night drink and snack. A way to get rid of trash from the room when daily housekeeping was not available would be good, other than calling down and requesting. The amoire was funky and ill placed.

This property is a perfect location! Quick walk to the Space Needle along with many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. We ate out for every meal on this trip and there were so many good restaurants at a very close distance. Also only took us about 15 minutes to walk to Pike Place! The staff was excellent, letting us check in hours early and check out hours late with no extra fee. We will definitely recommend this property to anyone going to Seattle, and will continue to look for Pan Pacific properties across the world!

No complaints!

The room was great with a lovely bath with a cool window into the bedroom, cool view from the top floor. The staff was fantastic, very helpful with directions, printing maps and recommendations to restaurants and things to do. The room was very clean which is important to us as we have had a few hit and misses. The only reason it didn’t get the highest possible score is the valet parking was $60. and we are Canadian so the add the exchange on top of that. There is free parking on the street but I found that pretty pricey for piece of mind. The concierge did offer another option close by that was a little cheaper but we didn’t want to park and walk back. Great choice for a place to stay. Definitely would stay again.

Fantastic amenities, very comfortable beds. Nice views of Seattle. Room was clean and comfortable although there was no way to make a tea. Hotel is above Whole Foods Market with huge selection of hot food for breakfast lunch and dinner

It is tricky to find. We used public transport and Google maps and it takes you to back of the building. Few days later we were in a taxi and it had trouble finding place as well.

The hotel has a perfect location close to all the touristic activities (15 to 20 min walking max) The hotel is very clean, classy and has a spirit!! The room was very clean and cozy.

The price we payed was worth a room with a king size bed. The one we had was smaller than a queen size which made the nights quirt not comfortable for a 235$ a night in Seattle. Also we would have appreciated to have a room with a view on the space needle tower,instead we had a view on the building which is not that bad honestly.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff and the room was lovely. We had breakfast at the South Lake restaurant both days which was also very good. The area (Westlake / Belltown) has been developed into a very smart neighbourhood where there are plenty of dining options within a short walk.

despite being on the top floor, the room was quite noisy and traffic noise from the street below was quite audible. it wasn’t a major problem but could be fixed with triple glazing making the stay utterly perfect.

Overall a very good, comfortable hotel with large rooms and good facilities. The bathroom is just fabulous, with the large bath and double doors communicating with the room. The location is quite convenient as well, near a streetcar stop and only a short walk from the very centre (Westlake).

It baffles me how even in this type of classy hotel, the curtains never really totally close so that the room can be completely darkened - there's always a little ray of light peeping somewhere...
