Room and hotel were very nice. Staff was helpful. Bed was comfortable. Room was nice and big. Parking was xonvenient
Low on amenities. Was hoping to use the pool in evening but the pool is not part of the hotel. It's an adjacent sports facility which requires making reservations on person. So we could not use it that day. Similarly the restaurant is not part of the hotel and not open two days a week. So we could not eat there. There are lot of eateries around but we reached on 4th of July when most were shut.

We would suggest they have a small mini frig for keeping small milk and fruit-yogurt cold. even small water bottles. Additional coat hangers, although if we requested they would have provided as they did with water and towels. Housekeeping staff excellent also front desk when assistance was needed. Second time at this hotel and would recommend to others.

Because of Covid, many restaurants did not have normal seating. Some hotel info needs correction (like days/times of breakfast service). In the heart of Ballard, walking distance to great bars/restaurants. Free parking for guests.
A little clearer description on how/when to use next door swimming pool. Rooms are on street and a bit noisy from the restaurants below.

Location was perfect, room was tastefully decorated, loved the small balcony overlooking Ballard. Onsite parking is available, which was a game changer during the Seafood festival.
The price per night was a little higher than desired.

This hotel is beautifully decorated. Our suite was up on the rooftop with a nearby nice view of Ballard. The decor is funky and fun with a large bathroom and great tub. Close to lots of restaurants and entertainment.

The size of the room was amazing, got the king balcony suite. We booked the room to get ready for our wedding. The hotel provided us with a directors chair and another stool so myself and family could get ready for my big day. They even gave us a bottle of bubbles and chocolate!

Location was good. Set in an old Ballard street of bars and restaurants. Decor of the rooms was imaginative. Bathroom was large and luxurious.
No breakfast available at the hotel. We went to Salmon Bay Diner and that was excellent.

Location in the cool and trendy Ballard neighborhood was lovely for our college visit trip. Several choices of different types of restaurants and shops right out the door. The hotel is attached to the fabulous Olympic Club and Spa. Use of the club and classes is gratis.
