Courtyard Seattle Downtown/Lake Union

• awesome staff, multiple individuals • great check-in process even with multiple people checking in. • Great views of lake from 2nd floor elevator and up! • Parking across street was free and very easily-accessible and right across the street from front door of hotel! • great downtown access and access to highways • 2 Starbucks on same street within 3 mins driving of hotel! • Hospitality with the ladies that clean the rooms was awesome!

• So not cool that many hotels are getting away from both microwave and fridge in unit; this is a reflection of the times and current industry trends. • Seemed like it was one tiny wastebasket in room; either a second on or a larger one in a better location in the room would have been more accommodating;

The location worked perfectly for the plans I had to get around Seattle; room was very comfy with a huge TV; bathroom was a comfortable size too. Every employee I talked to was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The noise from other room doors closing/opening is so loud I kept thinking someone was trying to open MY room door.

The front desk staff ((primarily Raoul, but it's true for everyone), was polite and helpful. Every request we made was honored. They upgraded our room. The restaurant food was outstanding and the staff (Stephanie, but again, true for everyone) was friendly and efficient. The location at Lake Union was ideal.

This is a minor quibble--the room temperature seemed a little erratic.

Very nice place by Lake Union. Could watch the planes taking off and land on the lake from our room window. Felt very safe as you have to use your key cards to go up the elevator. Rooms were very nice!

Oversized vehicles (6ft tall and up) had a separate parking garage that was kind of tight and $10 more a day.

The view from our room was incredible! We watched sailboats, seaplanes, runners, bikers, walkers from out large window. The bathroom is kind of small but not a problem. The beds are comfortable. Very large tv, with options to watch your own Netflix and Amazon prime. We were supposed to be able to mirror out tv but I think you need chromecast. Very nearby are many good restaurants. We use public transportation so. Taking the Link from SeaTac and bus from Westlake was easy. Pub trans nearby. Decided to stay 3 more nights. This will be my Seattle hotel from now on!

I wish they had some smaller pillows—each bed had 3 very fluffy pillows that were too high. Usually bring my own pillow but forgot.

I stayed at 2 Courtyard Marriotts in Seattle - one downtown and this one by the lake - down town was nice but expensive. Inside hotel feels safe once you get in past the locked front doors. Pool access was easy to reserve. Staff was helpful, especially with doors. Rooms were spacious. Nice to have mini-fridge and microwave. Loved the shampoo, conditioners. This hotel has the gym but not pool since it's next to a lake. It is in a safer feeling area. Location is good for restaurants and markets. Close to space needle and Seattle center.

At the Downtown Courtyard, we paid for parking with hotel 1st night due to exhaustion. The price is to high for multiple nights. Street parking is less or free depending on the day. Neighborhood feels unsafe especially at night 1 block up or down (a LOT of homeless). At this Courtyard we didn't pay for hotel parking as it was still a bit costly and street parking was a better price.

Very soft bed, mini fridge, little convenience store in the lobby with most things you would need, very friendly and helpful staff

No microwave in the room, but there is one in the lobby. Single ply toilet paper, so if you're not used to that I suggest you bring your own. No bathtub but the shower was nice.

Good location near Lake Union & restaurants like Italian rest BUCA & Duke’s. if you stay in a room with a view of the lake it’s even better.

No microwave in rooms only down the hall. Faucett lever in sink came apart one Eve & had to be fixed the next day but they were quick Housekeeping not provided unless stay is 5 days but we got towels & trash PU

Spacious and super clean room plus best location in town facing the lake Union and proxy to all restaurants, attractions - next time we will need to stay more than two days to complete our walk around 😀 free under ground parking

$14.00 for the breakfast? When we paid $500 a night - it seems weird

view was great, park across the street was great. hotel was clean and up to date. nice breakfast option. enjoyed a bottle of wine in the lobby with family. comfortable.

the coffee pot was terrible. you have to wait for it to cool down between cups. at least that’s what we think was happening. no fan in the bathroom. road noise could bother some.
