Four Points by Sheraton Downtown Seattle Center

the location was good there was construction next door which was fine we walked around the neighborhood it was nice and quiet the room was excellent clean and nice first thing I do when I open the room door and walk in is the smell I don't like weird smells if the room smells I will not stay I will change hotel but let me tell the room smelled very nice and clean everything was clean which we loved I asked if I can borrow the stapler and of course very friendly yes of course I took it back staff was very friendly and kind very polite loved it everything was awesome

it's not that it wasn't good cause it was my kids liked it 10 dollars price is fine I just didn't like the price for adult 20 dollars because to me my breakfast is small I didn't want to pay 20 dollars for what I eat which is orange juice eggs and toast but my kids liked the breakfast its good

Generous sized room and bathroom (with a proper show), that was very clean. The bed was comfortable, the wifi was average. The TV was a decent sized flatscreen with the option of watching Netflix, which was great after some busy days. The location was good, being a short walk away from the Space Needle and the monorail Center. There is also a guest laundry on-site which was easily accessible. The front desk staff was amazing and helped us change rooms upon check in as the first room had a broken safe, I was most impressed by their service. Thank you

My only gripe was the pillows in the room, they are the feather down ones that flatten right down as you use them. I was able to get some better ones though by asking guest services.

my boyfriend and I decided to have a conjoined room. that being said, someone accidentally locked my door which then he didn’t have his key for his door. the front staff was super nice about it and tried everything to open it. one of the staff members opened my boyfriends room to where he opened my door. it was locked. it’s super nice overall and the food was delicious! I would come back again! beware (1st floor) there are homeless people in tents just across the streets of that floor. I just had my window shut the whole time. you are not assigned to any rooms until you arrive, they will tell you what is available when you arrive.

I didn’t like how there was no microwave in the rooms

I love the location, doesn’t get much better than that for me. Rooms are also pretty decent size with plenty of storage. Hotel internet was pretty decent, with a standard $5/day Marriott rate.

They make you use your room key to get in the hotel between 7am-7pm and then after that the receptionist needs to buzz you in (and they’re not always there). Also the hotel feels fairly dated indoors and pretty cramped up in the common areas in the lobby.

Smelled clean, felt clean, comfortable and safe gated garage for rental car.

the only complaint I had was their was construction going on, on a Sunday morning. We noticed front desk and I was able to get my parking comped as an inconvenience thank you Serenity (front desk) that resolved my issue.

Staff at the front desk were extremely helpful at every interaction, going above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. Every single staff interaction I had was awesome from front desk attendant to the breakfast cook. Wonderful, positive staff. Room was clean and the hotel looked well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised and not expecting it to be so exceptional for the low price I paid. Also important, the noise level was non existent! Best sleep I've had in a while.

I had no complaints at all! Maybe the only small one would be parking included instead of $20 a night, but for the low room rate it was no big deal

Location was great for attending the Hot Chocolate 5k. Bed was comfortable. Loved that there was a coffee maker in it! Wifi worked well too.

The elevator was very slow. Finally looked for the stairs and used that the rest of the stay. I brought my Electric car there, but found out there were only Tesla chargers. Would be nice if the hotel had the adapters available for other-than-tesla electric vehicles.

We stayed here a night on both ends of our Alaska cruise trip. When we got off the ship on July 3, we went to the hotel, not really having anywhere else to go, especially since it was raining. I figured we could at least get them to store our luggage until we could get into a room, as it was only about 9:30. The young man at the desk was so nice. He said he could go ahead and get us into a room then. That was exceptional!

Nice 3-star hotel with all the necessary amenities. Amazing location. Close to downtown and walking distance to Capitol Hill
