Room was a great size with all facilities including microwave and fridge. Breakfast good choice with plenty of it. Desk staff very helpful.

That the restaurant could have been open all day or at least you could have an evening meal. However there was always lots of iced water available. It would have been good to have a kettle in the room instead of a coffee machine.

It's time to stop using the pandemic as an excuse to not incur the expense of housekeeping. It's obvious what the reasons are. We had a 5 night stay and had to obtain additional towels and toilet paper. At bare minimum they should have been delivered regularly to the door. It's not like you have a lower price. Just reducing services.

Awesome apartments with additional sofa and kitchen section, great bathroom and cozy queen bed. Location is great, walking distance to convention center and Pike Place, how coffee, tea and water available all day in the lobby. Depending on the room, highway noise can be heard, but nothing really annoying.

I'm not fussy when it comes to meals, but breakfast is definitely not for an European taste and considering the costs of the booking - absolutely the worst part of the stay. After few days of stay, you have enough of constantly the same meat in different version (sausage or patty), scrambled eggs, bagels, porridge. Variety is definitely too low and quality is too American. Would love some fresh veggies, some cheeses, platter of cold cuts etc.

It’s at a great location and the staff is extremely friendly and do their best to enjoy your stay. There’s a bartender I remember the most his name is Jacob ask him for any of his signature drink is on point. I would say he is the top 5 bartender I ever had, he doesn’t just make great drinks but they conversations he Carrie’s. Tbh that’s a huge plus. On another note having different breakfast daily is a total plus who can argue with that? Anyway this is a great spot for your stay I know I’m definitely coming back.

But I do have to say I told them about the refrigerator the second day I find out they told me someone would fix it but still u til I left nothing happened. The parking was also pretty pricy too they don’t offer packages.

The location was great. Restaurants, malls and stores close by. Walked from hotel to the Market & Pier most days, but we don’t mind walking a bit to get around. Uber’s we a great option as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got to the hotel at night and wondered what the empty shelves by the elevators were for. It was a pleasant surprise in the morning when they were full of hot coffee, fruit, granola bars, cereal, milk, juice and yogurt, especially on the days when the breakfast room was busy. Was wonderful to walk over and grab coffee (with flavoured creamers I might add) and head back to the room and enjoy. I believe this was on each floor. There is a great little Italian place right next door to the hotel as well as a star bucks and subway across the street. Lots of unique restaurants nearby as well. We were accidentally charged for room service our kids paid for with cash and when I asked about it at check out there were no problems getting our money back. There is a cute little pub to sit at in the common area as well as nice cold ice water set out to drink. This was important to us as it was very hot during our time in Seattle. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Was a great bang for our buck!

The only thing I could add is if people are not used to the downtown lifestyle, it could be a little bothersome for some people as it was close to a youth Center and a low income house building. There we unhoused people around but they NEVER bothered us and really kept to themselves. Just hard to see sometimes.

We stayed one night before our cruise and one night after. On our first night stay, I liked the friendliness of the staff and for accommodating our request for a room on the highest floor possible and furthest from the elevators. On all nights, the room was spacious. Breakfast was good enough and coffee was great.

On our most recent stay 8/27 - 8/28, upon arrival in the morning, the wait was long for front desk assistance. This is likely due to guests checking out, so that is understandable. The front desk attendant was not as friendly or helpful as compared to the staff on our first night stay.

we didnt get to main breakfast however on our floor they provided breakfast tray of cereals milk juices etc which was a huge help when on the go for the day or just to have in the room before taking off. bar service after a long day was excellent and Levi the guy who served us was great! Dinner was so good to order at the bar other than having to go out after a long day sightseeing...

as we had a short stay we didn't get to understand the bus routes up and down to our accommodation which was not easy walking distance to the light rail or attractions or lugging a bag as we found also no taxis on route to this accommodation. we did ask a policeman from the light rail and he said not the best city to get a taxi from where we were standing...

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and convenient. The amenities were awesome, including the pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was a little unorganized and chaotic, but I'm sure it was because of the crowd of people leaving on a cruise all at the same time that made it difficult to enjoy breakfast. The coffee and food items needed to be replaced too quickly, but the staff handled the rush well and were so friendly that it made up for it! I would definitely stay here again.

It would have been nice to have different choices at breakfast. No pancakes or waffles. The bagels were a little too hard but overall, if filled the hump!

I paid cash either at La Quinta Hotel ( 160 USD ) or SpringHill Hotel ( I’m not sure the amount! I forgot but I paid cash at check-in time ). La Quinta 219 plus taxes and unpaid 160 US dollars in cash. Non of them returned credit card on hold amount back into my VisaCard. What can I do?

The rooms were perfect. 2qu/with sofa and desk was exactly what I needed for myself, 3 teen girls and a comi con weekend! Staff was wonderful and breakfast was great! Would've given a 10 if there was bacon! Lol

Parking for a large vehicle is dicey. We didn't fit in the underground garage BUT, staff was great again and allowed us to take spots outside of their entrance which worked out perfectly. Just be aware if you have a vehicle like my Expedition MAX, you likely won't fit in the garage which of course adds a small risk of theft. We just left the truck very empty and all was fabulous!
