Comfort Suites Bridgeport - Clarksburg

The room was spacious and we loved the extra seating area. The front desk attendants were so friendly and accomodating...even at 2 am! The breakfast has a nice variety including danishes, english muffins, yogurts, waffles, pancakes, cereal, sausage gravy, eggs and more! We took advantage of the yummy breakfast both mornings we stayed. The shower and tub were the perfect size and the water pressure was good. We had a wonderful weekend stay and couldnt have asked for a better, more convenient location.

Our only complaint is that the pool doesnt open until 10 am and checkouts 11 am, however, she was kind enough to let us checkout at noon instead so our kids could swim. The pool isnt heated but there is a hot tub if you prefer. The pool area was clean and so was the entire hotel.

The room size, comfort of the beds, and breakfast were all amazing! The front desk was super sweet and kind! They even had made certain to let me know if they had fulfilled my request of extra tiles and pillows at check in!

I did find a better value closer to where my family lives in the area about 5 mi away. Also, the fitness center is only open until 10:00 p.m. being from the West Coast, this is very early for us. Our plan had been to work out after visiting with family before going to bed and it kind of cramped our plans. Other than that, this was a perfect stay!

nice clean well kept

racist useless Sunday morning desk clerk who when screaming when I showed her the printer needed changed because my ticket qr code was so poor it would not scan. she started yelling that she didn’t know anything about computers or printers and walked back into their little room. I stood there because I saw a white man walking to the desk so she came back out and took care of him and after he walk away I said I wasn’t done and she turned and looked at me and I said you don’t need to know anything about computers just give me the toner and I can change it and she said as she stood their smelling like a wet dog and said we don’t have any.

Comfortable and clean

The website said they had a bar/ restaurant there but when we got there, there was no bar/ restaurant. I asked why? They said that it haven't since covid. Why they didntt take that off the website, I don't know. That was only of the reasons we stayed there. Very disappointed I feel that we should of got a discount.

The hotel was very clean and new developments around it.

The tv was very dark and difficult to watch, the staff told us something was wrong with the tv. Sort of a bummer since we were here 3 nights. The walk in shower with no lip was nice but had no hand rails for my elderly father. I slept on the sofa bed which was juat as i expected a sofa bed to be.

The staff was excellent and accommodating. The facility was clean and functional.

The bed placement in the room made it hard to keep it cool. The ac was blowing on the side of one of the beds so that one was really cold and the other was really hot. I would just suggest rearranging the furniture for better flow of the heat/ ac unit.

the location was great being right beside a gas station. They were wonderful accommodating us because we didn’t get in until 1 am. The room was a great size and the price was awesome!

The ONLY complaint I have is there was brown hair on our bathroom floor (we’re blond and 1 is bald) and hair really creeps me out if it’s detached from a person.

We arrived for late check-in (around 10 pm)and Donna, the employee at the front desk, was ama ing! She allowed an extra 30 minutes in the pool area after closing as we had just arrived and she had all extra bedding for the pull out sofa ready for us! Her customer service level was above and beyond and we were very thankful for her kindness!

The hotel was easy to travel to the pool was nice staff was excellent

The room need a remodel the pull out sofa was worn out and the sheets had spots. It just needs some updates to make it more brighter and fresher

Comfortable and close to our son's baseball tournament

The hotel was understaffed! Besides a baseball team keeping us up late and waking us up early because of their children running thru the hotel unsupervised, their children were disrespectful and rude at the pool flashing middle fingers, cussing like sailors. And again at the pool, in the gym, stairways UNSUPERVISED! We prefer to use the stairs but did not because there was always kids in there playing. Besides that it was a great stay!
