Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bridgeport, an IHG Hotel

Bright and welcoming hotel. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast area was clean and they offered a wide selection of both warm and cold breakfast foods.

Most hotels have adopted the practice of not making beds or exchanging towels during your stay. I know this is Covid related, but its continuation is very disappointing, especially when the prices do not reflect the lack of service.

Pool and hot tub were nice. Room was comfortable. Nice location near restaurants and Starbucks.

Staff could have been friendlier, especially to my special needs child. I don't mind that my room isn't cleaned on a multi-day stay, but wish I could get clean towels without a trip to the lobby with an armload of damp towels.

Breakfast was very nice. Good selection of hot and cold food. The bed; mattress, bedding and pillows were really comfortable. I am going to order some IHG pillows on line! I was relieved that the heat unit was very quiet.

I could hear the TV in the adjacent room though the walls until very late. You could also hear the bell on the elevator.

Breakfast was ok. Gabe was fantastic at the front desk. Very professional, courteous, informative and friendly. We were in room 103 , My only complaint was the connecting door between our and our neighbors room was terrible. We could hear everything they said and their tv was way too loud.

The Holiday Inn and Suites was AMAZING!! We enjoyed our room, the coziness, the cleanliness, the pool, the breakfast, and staff was great! We stayed with friends and visited Tygart Lake while we were there. The location was perfect! I highly recommend this hotel!

I loved that you had products in the bathroom already. I didn’t have to take anything out of my bag. I usually use Dove products so I loved that! The beds were so comfortable

Staff was wonderful, especially Rebecca & James (good people), great accommodations, and breakfast was delicious (the tater tots were slightly overcooked). Good visit, would stay there again.

Facilities were exceptionally clean, staff were very courteous & answered any questions! The pool was open which made our family very happy! Rooms were spacious and welcoming. Definitely will be returning. Also very close to any restaurants & main highway

If I had one complaint it would be to put a larger trash can in the rooms, due to Covid and housekeeping available certain times a week, it makes throwing anything away a little tricky

I loved how clean the whole hotel was. The rooms were so fancy and cozy!

I wouldn't sleep on the bottom floor again, the family above us, kept us awake all night.
