Quality Inn Fairmont

The room was comfortable. The pillows were awesome! The front desk person checking us in was a little rattled by a customer who was in front of us in line with 2 others. I felt so sorry for her. That customer went on for 10 minutes about not getting a king sized bed he asked for and specifically called about the night prior. He had the poor girl in tears. In spite of that she still gave me pleasant service.. Breakfast was delicious. It was perfect for what we needed and the location wasn't too far off the beaten path. Would stay here again:)

Sausage in breakfast was cold inside. The motel is obviously a busy one and while everything seems updated I feel it could use a deep clean...carpets shampooed and furniture as well maybe a little fresh paint in places to give it some life. Our a/c didn't get very cool but it did work.This would not prevent me from staying here again though..

Room was nice. Brandy H. checked me in on both of my stays. She was competent, fast, and a breath of fresh air after a 6 hour drive. Also, left my key card in the room once, they verified my ID and made another key faster than it took to type this. Breakfast was very good. If, you find that it's not to your liking, there is DJ's Dinner 100 yards away. Show them your room key and they give you 10% off. Also, Fairmount Municipal Airport is just across the road. Three gas stations, a Cracker Barrel and convenience stores are all within 1/2 mile of the Quality Inn.

It was an out of the way location, but turned out to be a great stop. It’s an older hotel, but very clean and the staff was the greatest. The original room I was in didn’t have a freezer, so Kevin at the front desk searched for one allowing me to change rooms so I could keep my freezer blocks frozen. There’s also a DJ’s Diner next door which serves great food.

A little old, but no complaints.

I liked the location mainly because interstate noise was muffled. The grounds were well maintained, except for the pool. It was closed.

The pool wasn’t available for use in the middle of summer.

Room was ready when we arrived, always nice. Breakfast bar was very well stocked and exceptionally clean. Had a TV issue that was quickly fixed. Convenient to alot

All seemed good for the value

The price was really good, clean, but I didn't get to enjoy the breakfast because of the WVU graduation.

The ice machine on the second floor was broken... the one on the first floor worked great.

lobby smells of smoke. Corridors smell strongly of cleaning solution. Back door to parking lot self locking device removed And door unable to be secured. Anyone can access.

The desk staff was friendly & bed was large & comfortable. The rooms are well insulated.

Due to Covid, breakfast was served in a brown bag (understandable) but was a multi pack of crackers & a Little Debbie snack cake. Zero fruit option or yogurt option, which could be available for those that have allergies.

The smoking room had an old couch in it with somebody else's penis pills in it... but other then this it was a clean room

In the past two years I've stayed in a dozen or more Quality Inn hotels. This is by far the best one I have used. The property was neat and clean. The room entrances were internal. The room was well appointed.

Cann't think of anything I didn't like.
