The staff is great. Always greeting you with a smile. They will try there best to answer any questions you have & help you with anything they can. We stay here every month & are always treated with respect. Give them a try you won't regret it like some other place. Patty you an your staff are AWESOME.

Quiet clean nice room
Asked for non smoking. Told guy at front desk when checked in i wanted non smoking. When got in room it was a smoking room. Had a ash tray and whole burned in couch from a cigarette. Smelled terrible of smoke. My clothes even smell like cigarettes when I would leave fot my meetings.

Due to COVID19 there was no breakfast. This was disappointing. Our travel assignment did not go as planned so our stay ended a few weeks early. We were aggravated at our agency as it took them hours to pay for our room. We had to check out and sit in our car for hours until the room was paid for the second week. My mom ended up paying for one day so we could get back into our room. Our agency finally paid for the room for one week around 5pm. Other than our CRAZY assignment and agency screw ups. the staff was wonderful at the hotel.
We still could have had a grab and go breakfast. They should reinstate it with social distancing.

The steps going up the second floor was very slippery the next morning after it snowed ....the step didn't have any grip on them.
