The front desk clerk Linda was awesome! Very personable and funny! Quick to help in any way. So great! We actually left something behind when we checked out... something VERY expensive. We were so worried it was gone forever however we called to check. The night clerk said he'd recheck our room and call us back. He found it & put it in the safe for us! His name was Hunter and we were just so blown away by his friendly manner and helpfulness! We appreciate your honesty and awesome employees! Will DEFINITELY stay here again!

Privacy.as well as the late night ,morning staff were amazing..working with me(to let me leave my bags behind the counter as I road my skateboard to Walmart to load my stays cost onto another debit card)might seem little,but with the days of just nothing going right,that little bit of hospitality stood out…from leaving my bags with one staff member that was extremely understanding,put me at ease,to coming back to someone different..that treated me like a person. And the way she approached me about the bags behind their desk were mine,,completely on point in my eyes,other hotels and lodging accommodations need to take note. They made my whole experience 5/5 Gold stars. People need to realize one act of kindness is contagious

The staff was ver very friendly and helpful. We were made very welcome. The free coffee was great. The parking was great - we could see our car from our window. The hotel is very near to a small shopping mall, so it was easy to go out and get food. The ATM in the lobby was very convenient.

The fridge in our room made a whining noise. Not very unpleasant, but not very pleasant either.

I really like the location around many places to eat in the location to 79. The room had plenty of room in the lighting was very good in many plugs to charge things if needed. I really enjoyed the digital AC to have the perfect temperature

Definitely not a deal-breaker but my particular room it seemed the door was Bent in some at the bottom which created a big gap which seemed it would only be a matter of time before there was issues with insects and bugs

We stayed at red roof from 7/4/2021 to 8/3/2021 . While our new house was being fixed. Our stay was fairly uneventful, however attention to detail is sorely lacking. And the Maintenence staff are rude, lazy and not very knowledgeable. They act like it's a burden Tobe asked to fix or replace items in a room. Front desk staff is very good and friendly. Cleaning staff is pretty good and is willing to provide clean linens, towels etc.. But you have to ask because they rarely offer.... All in all you get what you pay for, but in a pinch we would stay there again.

Parking was pretty full Would have liked a coffee maker in room. Husband has mobility issues so more room would have been nice I was cold until I figured out the air and spotted the heat thermostat. An extra blanket would be nice to be available. All in all it met our needs for a place to rest for the night.

Front desk service was great. We were staying due to my husband having medical procedures. I explained he has stage 4 cancer and the lady who checked us in was extremely nice and assured us that if we needed anything at all or if they could help in any way to please let them know.

Housekeeping service was pretty much nonexistent during the multi night stay. Our room was bypassed daily even though there was no do not disturb on the door. Had to personally take the trash to the housekeeper and ask for new trash bags. Also had to track down housekeeper to get clean towels.

Though the place is quiet and generally safe, I am not sure if they have CCTV or security camera within outside premises for monitoring purposes and for clients protection or security too. If they don’t have yet, it must be installed. Thank you.

Room was very cold. Not informed of heat controller being on opposite side of room. It was on the upper wall, and we didnt know why the air unit wasn't warming up. Tv too small. Remote was ancient and hard to use. Water in sink took forever to empty. Location was really hard to find. Not marked well, even with huge sign that was visible from highway. Actual turn to place could have been marked better on ground with larger sign. No direct plugin for phone cord only. You had to have charger as well. Old lamps and radio.

Beds were comfortable, easy access right off 79, and the girl working overnight shift was excellent, very friendly, great smile made me feel welcomed at 2am. Thank you!!!

Just that they shouldn't put bleached stained black towels in the room.just doesn't look good, but I guess you know they are clean..
