Hampton Inn Bridgeport/Clarksburg

Great location, easy access from interstate. The front desk staff were friendly. Everything was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was great, friendly attendant on duty. Complimentary bottled water and coffee available. We will stay here again in our travels from TN to NY.

We had a room on the first floor which was a bit noisy with people talking in the corridor and traffic in the parking lot. After 10pm it was quiet though so we did get a good night's rest. We will ask for an upper floor for future stays.

Always friendly staff. Good breakfast. Rooms updated and clean. Close to highway.

Our door stuck quite a bit due to the reconstruction , but was getting fixed. Tub drained slowly. I let them know about both issues and they wrote it down to get fixed.

Coffee machine was behind the t.v. No where else to put it. Very Inconvenient. And like most hotels, the coffee was HORRIBLE !!! I don't understand this. I drink delicious coffee every morning for 6 cents a cup. Mega conglomerate hotels can't swing this ??? Coffee is critical to the start of everyone's day !!!

Great staffing great breakfast very clean. Comfortable beds. Loved having the king size bed for me and my husband but having a pull out sofa bed for the kids was very helpful.

We went to the indoor pool and it could have been a little bit warmer and could have used a few more towels. We went to the front desk and ask for some more and they were really nice n gave us some more.

Exceptional hotel! Staff was wonderful, the room was very clean and quiet. The bathroom configuration was excellent. Convenient location near the highway and not far from shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was also served later

It would have been nice to have a microwave and a refrigerator. Too bad the pool was being renovated

The woman yesterday and also one today was always cleaning. Exceptional staff. Friendly also. I told Connie at the desk what a great job she was doing.. Mopping, cleaning etc. Sanitizer all over also to use was nice. Breakfast was excellent

No refrigerator in the room or microwave.

It was affordable, Housekeeping didn't come around and bother us. The indoor pool was the reason we booked this hotel..

Good variety at breakfast, considering COVID-19 restrictions, they had individually wrapped or prepackaged items, but there was a good selection.

It was not near many places to eat and you couldn't walk to anything. I essentially had to go back to the closest (other) exit to find the choices I wanted. Lots of driving around to find it - received unclear directions from desk clerk .

It is a well maintained property in a good location close to the interstate. Good breakfast and pleasant staff.

I liked most things about the property. Only negative is that I found the bed a bit small.
