Warwick Hotel Cheung Chau

The staff here are amazing! So helpful, friendly and happy to sort out anything you need 😁 Iade a mistake and booked for the 28th of the next month instead of the month I was travelling and they sorted it out no problem (after laughing for a while 😂) they arranged a room for me straight away and sorted out the incorrect booking for me. I had a lovely stay here in cheung Chau and I will be back! The room was lovely, spacious and had a great beach view. Truly amazing, thankyou ☺

Excellent staff especially the reception guy in white shirt. Free mini bar Nice location and incredible view of the coast. Highly recommended the room with a terrace. We will definitely come back in the near future.

The facility is out date and the air conditioner is a little bit noisy

May be the hotel can try to update the facilities like modern card door lock rather than old style 🔐. Also there was no telephone in our room and also no information about wifi or there information booklet was missing 🙏🏻

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel as we had read previously reviews. The grading of other reviews is fair in my opinion. The rooms were spacious and clean and the location is located right next to the beach in a quieter part of the island although not far from the pier. We could check in a little earlier than allowed (15:30 instead of 16:00) and the process was very straight forward and efficient. Check out was efficient, staff were helpful and polite throughout our stay.

The check-in is 16:00 which I feel is a little late. The hotel should consider an earlier check in time. Nonetheless, the hotel did allow us to check in at 15:30. People who arrive early at the island with lots of luggage would I am sure be allowed to store it with the the hotel before you check in meaning you can go off and explore Cheung Chau.

The hotel is located right in front of a beach, and the room has a balcony with a fantastic ocean view! Love it. The room is quite comfy for rest.

The breakfast was not that special and does not have many options. But it is fine. They have wifi but i didn't notice because they didn't tell about it, they only put the information in the receptionist desk.

We loved the staff, the location, the beach, the balcony, the room service dinner, the food was DELICIOUS! Can't wait to come back xxx

Great view of the beach, it's lovely. Room is beautiful. However, the shower, bathroom is dirty, lots of stains. It is old too.

Breakfast is not delicious. Wifi not good.

The view from the balcony was great! The water pressure was good enough for a warm shower in winter. The male staff at reception was helpful and energetic.
