We arrived at the Hostel, checked in, but ended up being relocated to a different location, due to water issue. The place we were relocated was amazing. Clean and cozy, also felt like there was more privacy there. The staff drove us the new place and paid for taxi on our last day to drive us to bus station. They also allowed us to go to the other hotel for breakfast on their cost. It was amazing experience and we really appreciated the help.

We really loved Amigo del mundo because the staff was very nice and attentive. They cleaned the room every day. Their included breakfast was very abundant and delicious with a great abundance of sweet as well as savory item to choose from. There is a beautiful picture window with a view of the city in the dining room.

The only thing that was inconvenient was the walk to downtown. It was not very long. But going was downhill. Coming back was uphill and a bit difficult for the older turist fellows.

They were very helpful about organizing private transfer to Perito Moreno glacier which eventually costed less for 3 of us and was more comfortable then the regular excursions you can find. Allow us to keep our luggage before our flight which was in the afternoon. Very close to bus station and grocery store which could be convenient to some people.

Spacious apartment. Good to have a separate bedroom. We stayed 5 nights so was great to have the daily housekeeping. Good to have a full kitchen. 10-15 minute walk from centre.

Bed a little small - probably a double and we are used to king. Dated decor and equipment. Can be noisy with the wind and traffic, I think this may be due to single glazed windows so less sound proof.

The staff very friendly, positive and helpful. The room clean, bed comfortable with fresh and smelling good sheets. Facilies in perfect condition. WiFi suitable for remote working.

The only thing was the temperature of the room. It was extremely hot and you could not regulate the temperature. Even open window did not help.

The room was better than I expected. Staff was friendly and willing to help when needed. Breakfast was ok. They allowed me to check in early (9AM) which was greatly appreciated after an overnight flight.

Had 2 perfect stays here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. During my second stay, I even got upgraded to an apartment which was perfectly equipped. Another very positive action was that staff contacted me after my stay in order to inform me that me credit card was charged too much. They immediately took action to refund this amount. Overall a very nice stay and good value for money!

Heating problem at amigo, was sent to sister hotel: jardin apart hotel and upgraded to a 2 room duplex unit with kitchenette Modern and clean

Very clean and comfortable. We arrived very late and they were still able to be contacted easily and quickly. Great view from the lounge/breakfast area. Breakfast limited, but everything you need. Would stay again :)

Great location near the bus station. Recently renovated and comfortabele.

Not a cosy place to stay bit serves it’s purpose. Clean and new rooms that check all boxes.
