Great location only a 5 minute walk to the central road. The staff was very helpful and kind. We had some mantainance issues in the bathroom and they were resolved at the same day in which we brought it up to the attention of the staff.

They don't allow you to pay in pesos by card and don't really specify why, so you can't benefit from the new "tourist dollar" this way. Your best option would be to pay in cash then, but be aware that there is only one decent exchange spot in the city and it's really packed, so I'd advice to exchange your pesos in Buenos Aires for better rates and shorter queues.

Front desk staff were excellent. They were all very helpful, one in particular, Julia, made our visit fun with her sense of humor and we mutually enjoyed her company. The location was good, we prefer walking, and everything we needed was convenient. The room and bath was spacious and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was serviceable and the coffee plentiful.

There was not anything in particular that stood out as a negative.

Really nice hotel within a short distance (around 200m) from the town centre. The rooms were new and clean and they had all the necessary equipment. The reception stuff were very accommodating and friendly and they also gave us really good recommendations for restaurants.

The breakfast was OK but nothing fancy. The room was also on the small side without that being a problem though.

The room was simple but it had the basics that any traveler would need. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was ample and clean. The simple breakfast offered was fresh and filling. The staff had been wonderful from the start until we checked out. Julia took care of us well, she’s a sweetheart.

The apartment was spacious with a modern bathroom, comfy large double bed and handy kitchenette. We had room to park the car and the main strip was within walking distance.

There were spiders outside the bathroom window.

Great location close to the downtown. Nice two-story setup. Excellent, attentive staff. We really enjoyed our time here. Would recommend!

Shower took a looooong time to heat up. One time it never did. Would suggest a small handrail in stairwell.

Excellent apart hotel. room was small but comfortable. all facilities worked perfectly including hot showers and heating. the check in process was easy and the lady explained everything very clearly. it a short walking distance from the main street. we loved the place.

Amazing hotel for the price it’s a gift the staff is amazing and helped us book a trip to perito Moreno glacier .

The fee if you dirty a towel considering that there is a lot of dirt roads in Bariloche . Only for the long towels is the fine if you dirty them.

What we liked the most was the attention of the staff and the location. I have to specially mention Juliana who made our stay more comfortable and help us with great recommendations about the city, restaurants and other important information. She made us feel like at home.
