the strikingly elegant dark wood clad exterior is surrounded by giant trees and gorgeous meticulous flower filled landscaping , it stands aesthetically leaps and bounds above the rest of the local hotels . the main restaurant is very large with expansive views of the outside . the tables and uphostery can almost be described as basic in comparison to the feeling throughout the rest of the property . there’s an overall warm , cozy , upscale feeling throughout the sprawling property. the spa features sauna , ice plunge , a giant pool with a glass topped roof so it’s very light , , and totally surrounded by glass windows which overlook the golf . a stunning sight. the massage i opted for was world class , the facial also great

the dining room is too large and looks borderline college - cafeteria. could use some improvement although the breakfast was varied and lovely with lots of fruits and numerous baked goods , both local and internationally inspired

Excellent breakfast and supper dinner with delicious Pentagonia lamb. Front desk Teo is efficient, professional and very attentive . He welcomed us very warmly and explained everything so clearly. He helped to book our day tours plus transport. He found a room for us to stay the next day so we don’t have to move to another hotel on our last day in El Calafate. Thank you, Teo. You are a 5 star service model!!

The small restaurant ‘humus’ not up to the overall standard. Too much salt and the waiters do not really care. Do not offer coffee from a real espresso Machine in the regular breakfast. Breakfast also somehow disappointing

Room was way better than what it looked like in Booking.com, they were nice and spacious and plenty of hooks for our weather beaten jackets at the end of the day. Great breakfast. Very courteous staff - easy communication through Whatsapp. No Cabify/Uber in El Calafate but we were able to easily message the front desk and request a taxi no matter where we were in town. Our tour pick-ups were also conveniently confirmed this way. Very efficient! Would stay here again!

The bathroom in our room could use an update. Great breakfast although it would have been nice to not have to bundle up in the morning to cross the street in 0°C weather to get to the restaurant in another building lol.

Excellent location close to the main street but also in a calm street surrounded by trees. Spacious room and nice spa!

The rooms need renovation (especially the bathroom).

The hotel is enchanting and located right at the heart of El Calafate. The spa was excellent, particularly after a trip to the glaciers. The staff is more than friendly and helpful and the rooms are just cozy and nicely decorated. The breakfast was diverse and they have an excellent choice of tea! Would highly recommend it and hope to be back one day!

Amazing Hotel and services, staff are very helpful.I used the Spa, nice facilities, I had two massage with Irene, she was brilliant. In general people in Patagonia are very nice and friendly.

Perhaps in the spa, more control when entering the facilities, people were using shoes. A suggestion perhaps they should provide tea or water after the massage that will complement the treatment. The room has a kettle but no coffee/tea neither cups?

The hotel has fantastic facilities, the spa is wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves were spacious with a large bathroom and comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. The location is within easy access of the lake and the town centre.

Great property in the heart of El Calafate, and possibly one of the few hotels with amenities like a gym and pool. Unfortunately, could not enjoy the pool as its hours of operations were 10am and later. The staff were helpful, property was quaint and charming.
