The location is wonderful! Center of El Calafate and everything you may need is within walking distance. Wonderful, helpful staff and warm rooms.

The facilities could use an update. The room was fine, but could have nicer comforters and the tv is from the 90s. The bathroom has a drainage in the floor that if you fill up the mini tub with 1 inch of water, it can pour out on the floor and you have to be careful. The walls are thin, but its quiet at night.

Staff was really amazing They gave us the chance to take the breakfast earlier as we were leaving so early. Location was close to the centre Room was clean and wifi working Bathroom clean and spacious

most of the front desk staff are friendly. A few are not but others are incredibly nice and helpful so don’t get discouraged if you get a short answer just ask someone else when they rotate shifts. The woman who tends to the breakfast area is also very nice! location is top notch.

the carpet is absolutely disgusting in the bed rooms. if you are asthmatic or have allergies to dust then this place is unfortunately not a good choice. the cleaning stuff is very diligent but in hard to reach areas like above the closet in the bedroom has not been dusted in years it looks like, my allergies were acting up.

Service lady worker was really rude to me and my friend, I wasn’t feeling good and he brought me eggs to room with a fork. She yelled at me to never ever do again! I will not recommend this hotel! Rude!!!! I’m a world 🌎 traveler and this has never happened! Ever!

Location, staff friendliness (apologetic when we claimed each issue) breakfast service.

1) One of the bed's fitting sheets had a major stain. It was disgusting! To report it and throw it away would have been the only right thing to do as rooms got prepared for guests. At reception, we reported the issue, showed them a photo, and we were given a new fitting sheet to remake the bed. 2) The fridge in the room smelt bad and was not working. There was a faul smell that filled the entire room each time the fridge door needed opening. Our food had to be discarded the next morning. 3) The gas heater would continuously switch off. We had to guard it and turn it on frequently so we wouldn't freeze inside the room. We asked at reception and were told we could wait until the next day for a gasist to check it...(so freeze for the night?!) We asked and were moved to a new room because we were only staying the one night. 4) This new room had no hot water at all. Not in the bathroom nor in the kitchenette. We had to shower with freezing cold water! Not fixing gas heaters or hot water systems, and reusing stained sheets is taking costs savings to a different level :(

The staff were excellent. The location was very good.

The hotel is old and worn. Little investment has been made by the owners - a great pity. The whole place needs refurbishment.
