The room was beautiful with an amazing view. Really clean and lovely bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities. Very quiet as we booked the superior double which I think gives a good location. The breakfast was very good with fresh cooked egg options. The reception staff were very helpful. We used the town shuttle after dinner and only had to wait 5 mins for it to arrive. WiFi cover is very good indeed.

The property was very clean. WiFi connection was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was a plus, the breakfast was really good and for those days that I didn’t want to go out fir dinner, the hotel has a very good restaurant. The Bife de Carne was very yummy, The location was perfect, less that half hour walking to the center. Will go back again. Highly recommended.

This place was absolutely perfect for our stay!  we enjoyed the big window looking out over the water and watching the snowfall. The room was very cozy and we enjoyed it so much. We had dinner there several times. The food at the hotel was amazing and the staff was really wonderful, helping us arrange for transport, do our laundry, and like I said, bring us food. It was a perfect and romantic stay!

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, both before we arrived and during our stay. They helped to organise trips to the glaciers and other activities. The room was large and comfortable and had a lovely view of the sunrise, and the front of the hotel had a great view of the lake too.

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk out of town. However, the hotel put on shuttles from 7-11 pm.

Fantastic breakfast! Big comfortable room (although a little bit too warm, maybe due to standard winter heating) and very helpful staff.

Room a little too warm and on first eve had to ask others guests (a group) to stop talking outside as they made a lot of noise.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They organised us the tours for the same price like you would find them in the town, so there is no need to go to the town and compare the prices, you can do everything through the hotel, which was very nice. The lake view from the rooms was very nice too. The hotel offers a shuttle to the center of the town every evening for a very little, just symbolical price.

The inside of the hotel looks a bit old. But it was all clean and comfortable. So we would stay here again.

Great accommodation with a very nice view! The personnel kindly accommodated all our requests and helped us with advices regarding the transportation, general information, making our staying at the hotel just perfect. In addition, the breakfast was delicious, with a good variation ;)

Beautiful big room, lovely staff, super helpful packed lunch for our excursion (for an additional fee), amazing jacuzzi bath, useful taxi service for getting in and out of the town centre (just remember to note down their WhatsApp number!)

The hotel is beautiful and situated at the top of the hill overlooking the town and lake. The staff were really friendly and incredibly helpful. They offer massages there for a very affordable cost, and I only wish we had time to get one.

It's a little away from the main street so not as convenient to walk around however they do offer a free shuttle!

It is a little far from the main strip in el calafate and requires a pretty steep hill be walked. Rooms could be updated (though the place was incredibly clean)
